We had a wonderful stay at this place! It was clean, cozy, and felt just like home. The bed was very comfortable, and the whole space was well-prepared for guests. One thing we really appreciated was the complimentary snack, they were such a thoughtful touch and we absolutely loved them! There was also water, which was very convenient. The host really paid attention to the little details, and it made our stay extra special. Everything was easy, from check-in to check-out. We felt relaxed and comfortable the whole time. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a peaceful and homey stay. We would love to come back again!

One of the best accomodations out here in Fairview area/QC. Not only the listing was budget-friendly, the room was also pretty and tidy - perfect for staycation/getaway. It had complete features and essentials. The room itself, the bathroom and the bed linen/towels smell very nice. Everything about this listing was cozy. The neighborhood was also quiet and fairly safe to explore even at night. It's just 10-15 min ride away from SM Fairview or Fairview Terraces. The hosts and their assistant had been very kind and generous (esp regarding flexible check in/out) during the whole stay. Highly-recommended.

Since we're also from Valenzuela, it's nice that we don't have to leave the city to have this cozy and comfy staycation. The rooms were clean and the owner was also responsive to our request. Will surely book again 🥰

We had a great stay! The unit was clean, cozy, and had all the essentials with a nice IKEA-style touch. Check-in was smooth, and the host gave clear instructions and responded quickly to any questions. The location is very convenient—just a short walk to the MRT and nearby malls. We appreciated the fast WiFi, Netflix, comfy bed, and how safe and secure the place felt. It was also a plus that there’s a garbage room on each floor, which made it easy to follow the “clean as you go” rule. A perfect spot for a simple and relaxing stay in the city. Highly recommended, and we’d gladly book again!

Kristine Joy’s place was so comfortable rejuvenating and nourishing for me. So so cozy especially with the rain now. She even provides a water dispenser which is sadly rare in Airbnb’s of this price range. I miss it already and wish to go back soon.

Loved the place! Super maaliwalas tingnan and spacious din. Easy to access din from SM North. Our stay was short but we'd definitely love to go back.

I thought we wouldn't enjoy the pool because it was a bit small, but we had a great time. The rooftop is also nice at night; we hung out there to chill. I had an amazing stay at Caye’s place! The place was exactly as described – clean, cozy, and beautifully decorated. The bed was super comfortable, and all the amenities I needed were provided, including some board games and Wi-Fi. The location was perfect – close to restaurants, shops, and public transportation, but still quiet at night. Check-in was seamless, and Caye was very responsive and friendly. Chaselyn’s Place exceeded my expectations. This was the very first Airbnb where we truly felt comfortable and settled in right away. The unit was spacious and beautifully laid out. There was so much to do — you can play PS4, play cards, watch Netflix, enjoy YouTube Premium, or read books (or use the Kindle). The orange light under the TV added a warm, calming glow, and the display of No Face from Ghibli eating a coin was also entertaining. We were pleasantly surprised to find a projector in the bedroom — a nice touch if you want to continue watching from bed. The sofa was incredibly soft, and the chair in the middle was very comfortable. The balcony, with its natural sunlight, created a cozy vibe, and the peaceful atmosphere was truly top-notch. Ma’am Chaselyn was very kind and easy to communicate with. I had a small issue on my end, but she was understanding and handled everything with care.
