We stayed at this lovely house in December with 2 small kids and had a wonderful time. The host was super kind and helpful, answering promptly and ensuring we had everything we needed. The house is in a beautiful, small old village. We wanted to be off the beaten track, and it was perfect. Still, a few minutes' drive away, there are villages with cafes and restaurants. The house is spacious and comfortable, with a big garden and cozy old-fashioned decorations. The host even decorated it for Christmas, including a Christmas tree, making our stay extra special. The central heating kept the house nice and warm, perfect for winter. A couple of things to note: the stairs are a bit steep, so they might not be suitable for very small children or elderly people (our 4-year-old managed fine, but our 3-year-old needed to be carried). Also, the hot water supply in the evening was limited, so we had to shower during the day. Overall, we had an amazing stay and highly recommend this house .

The house was clean and well equipped. There is a massive living room on entry, a separate bedroom and a good sized bathroom. There is absolutely no sense of claustrophobia as you get in some holiday homes where the toilet is stuck in the middle of the bedroom. The building is made of stone and even though it was hot out there was no need for the Aircon. The situation was perfect, it’s so quiet and even though you are in the heart of Omodos you have a fantastic view of the hills. When you sit out in the morning on your massive patio having a coffee and fresh bread from George’s Bakery (The food there is delicious you can’t stop eating their Akatenal bread and pistachio cake) all you can hear are the birds. All the restaurants in the square are good but the best coffee in Omodos without doubt is when you walk up the square the first cafe on your left. Omodos is fantastic and if you are reading this you are thinking of coming. Look no further you won’t find any better. Exceptional

I booked this place last minute as the owner of the other house cancelled the booking last minute and it was definitely worth staying. Big outdoor territory, cozy and clean bedrooms, private and peaceful. Totally recommend!

We stayed at the house for two nights and had a wonderful experience. The place was very clean, comfortable, and exactly as shown in the photos. It had everything we needed, including a fully equipped kitchen with all the necessary utensils. The host was extremely helpful and made everything easy for us — check-in was smooth and hassle-free. The location in Platres was peaceful and quiet, perfect for a relaxing getaway. We will definitely visit again. Highly recommended!
