We had a great time - beautiful house in a terrific location. Super convenient for Phillips Academy if that's why you're in the area. Nancy was very attentive (and actually lives in an apartment downstairs) so was able to do lots of nice things for us like bake us a coffee cake and make floral centerpieces. Thank you!

Great option when staying in Newton and right down the street from an incredible entrance to a hiking trail. Serge was a great host and kept us informed the entire trip.

Amy’s home in Marblehead is just perfect. The location of the home was so lovely, as was the home itself, and the host Amy was wonderful. What a memorable weekend we had. I planned my childhood best friend’s “last toast on the coast” and honestly, it wouldn’t have been as perfect without Amy’s lovely home. You don’t realize how important your air bnb environment is on a trip - but it is so important and sets the tone for the trip. So thank you so much Amy! She is such a kind and helpful host. My family loves to travel to MA coast - I told them all about Amy’s home, and will hope to return in the future!

Super fun and eclectic house! What really made the stay were the owners, they are thoughtful and very responsive, they clearly care a lot about their guests!

Scott was very easy to communicate with, and he was very nice. They were so thoughtful and even left us a dozen eggs from their backyard chickens! The place was spacious and peaceful. Check in and checkout process was very easy!

This property was one of the best airbnbs we have stayed at. Clean and cozy and felt right at home. There was plenty for the kids to do so we didn’t have to limit screen time because they wanted to be enjoying the amenities available! Jody was quick to respond with any/all questions or concerns we had. We would highly recommend to everyone especially those with children!

Emenkeng’s place was perfect for me on my trip to the North Shore. Super easy to get to and from the airport and to my friends’ homes. Emenkeng was responsive and helpful when I had questions and the apartment was completely spotless when I arrived. I felt safe the whole time I was there. I would definitely stay here again!

Pros: House as described and worked perfectly for our family (6 adults/3 couples). Location was awesome…. Close to airport, easy to get downtown, Harvard and Salem. Very clean. Comfy beds and linens. Cons: no Keurig, but French press was a delight. 3rd floor bed faces east and skylights are extremely bright from the morning sun. Only one tv in living room. It was a wonderful house in a quaint, quiet neighborhood. We enjoyed our stay! Thank you.

Very quaint. Literally felt like my own apartment. Small yet big. Nice spacious open floor plan. The private parking was definitely a huge plus. The perfect distance from just about anything you want to do in the city.

An ideal place to stay for a family of five or larger visiting the Boston area: two spacious and quiet floors felt just like home. Gorgeous views from the windows facing the city and the skyline. Very quiet street and no noise from downstairs guest. The host was very friendly and responsive - offering some water bottles, coke and chips for us in the kitchen! Overall and amazing stay and will be our go-to place in the Boston area!

Easy check in! The home is beautiful and spacious. My entire family came to Boston for a graduation for one of the universities nearby, and Wally was willing to host our large group. All 4 rooms were in excellent condition with comfortable beds and beautiful bathrooms. We had a large van rental, and the provided parking spot was able to fit our needs. There are signs, labels, and guides in the home which I thought was very thoughtful. I can see why Wally is a superhost!

This place was an excellent home base for our group of 12's Boston trip. The 2-suite layout was especially helpful in allowing our large group to have 2 distinct living spaces. The T station was under a mile away and the surrounding neighborhood was quiet. Having an air-conditioner in each room was also clutch for the 90+ degree days. Room-to-room walls seemed well-insulated but the upstairs floors did leak sound down to the rooms below.

We stayed at Rick’s home over the weekend for a basketball tournament. It was exactly as pictured and worked perfectly for our family of 5. Thank you!

We were visiting Melrose for a family event and wanted a quiet haven for our time between big social gatherings. We chose Gene’s place because we love Victorian houses and decor - and it proved to be a beautiful example of the era, lovingly restored and comfortable. We had limited time to hang out in the cozy living room but enjoyed breakfasts from the well-equipped kitchen. The bedrooms were spacious and great for sleeping. The grounds are lovely and the whole area of Melrose Highlands is filled with gorgeous Victorian homes, as we discovered during morning walks. We highly recommend Gene’s place - and Gene himself, a friendly and responsive host - and we hope to return.

Wonderful place. We really appreciated the thoughtful touches and attention to detail. Great place and good location for exploring. We used rideshare and the train to get to the sights throughout Boston.

Great place with a playground right out the door. Perfect for family with little kids! Kitchen had all the essentials. The apartment was clean over all. Laundry was also good to have

My family and I loved staying at Rojan's house. A great home from home as we explored Boston. The house had everything we needed with plenty of space. It was really easy to get into central Boston with a great bus route nearby and so easy to get out of the city and explore the surrounding area. Would definitely recommend!

We loved this place! Very convenient to everything “Boston” and a whole lot more. Fairly close to the T and super close to a grocery store. Chonden and Tenzin gave helpful advice on getting to Boston. House was super clean and beds very comfortable. My only dislike were the mosquitoes that kept us from using the back patio which was super private. They were very quick to respond to any questions. Rent this home. You won’t be disappointed!

Our family really enjoyed our stay at Alyssa’s place. It has everything a family needs for a few days or extended stay. Alyssa was extremely proactive and helpful, offered flexible check-in/check out and gave great local recommendations. We appreciated being able to bring our dogs and the neighborhood has lots to walk to and explore and is easy to get into Boston and around the area. Highly recommend!

Belal was an amazing host, he replied to messages immediately and the house looked immaculate when we arrived. A great stay was had by all and we highly recommend staying at his adorable 2bdm house in Medford.

Beautiful space in a beautiful neighborhood! Close to local restaurants and shops, but the noise of those spaces didn’t affect sleep.

We really enjoyed our stay at the home, which made our trip for my daughter’s graduation a wonderful event. The owners were very responsive and the home was very clean. Highly recommend!
