We loved the place. The location was absolutely pretty. We'll maintained with love and care. Shylaja and her team are very polite and friendly. We could see fireflies from our windows at night. Will visit again soon :)

Chateau Woods Wayanad - Luxury Room with a View

SandeepRating, 5 stars26 months ago
Location: The place is nicely tucked away amidst tea estates, away from all the busyness. There are a couple of places to visit near by. Property: The rooms were clean and fresh when we arrived, We stayed there for 4 nights and they did the cleaning and restocked supplies everyday. The view from the rooms is really amazing with mountains all around. The special treat was the night sky from the balcony of the second floor room. Apart from that there is enough place around the property to just walk around and relax. The pool was clean and functional, but is a little small specially when all the rooms are occupied. Service: The entire team there was excellent and very courteous throughout our stay, Absolutely no complaints on anyone. Food: They had a functioning restaurant with an adequate menu, however will need to order an hour in advance. The quality and taste of food is really good. The breakfast they provide was sumptuous and tasty. All in all a very pleasant and relaxed vacati

The tree organic farm&stay- bamboo house with food

One of the best places i have visited, the place is really in the middle of wilderness, clean Bathroom & cosy room. The cook prepares really good tasty food 5 stars for him. Don’t miss the sunset point from this property, you will really get lost & mesmerised. Caretaker Mr Akbar was very kind to us, He even arranged a bench & masala chai brought to us all the way to sunset point so that we can experience a memorable sunset. To reach this property which is in middle of a hill, there is an offroad path of around 2 kms, i had a offroad bike n we pulled it off, normal cars won’t reach there, the host will arrange jeep i guess on extra charges. you will get 4g network & wifi is alo available All in all, Totally worth the experience.. Must visit for couples who want a calm & peaceful stay amidst the wilderness. & Talk to the cook on what you want, he will prepare really good food, the dining place vibe is something to remember!

Forest Fusion: Immersive Bungalow Experience

ElizabethRating, 5 stars5 months ago
Our stay at Kalikavu has been the highlight of our 3 week trip exploring South India and loved by everyone in our group of 8 people - children and grown ups alike. The lush surroundings of rubber, betel nut and coconut trees and colourful plants with the mountains seen in the distance made it a perfect place to relax and take in nature. We all wish we could have stayed longer. Louis, Riyas and the ladies who prepared delicious meals for us were really helpful and made our stay very special. Particular thanks to Riyas who took us on a walk to the hidden waterfall where we all enjoyed a refreshing swim. We would definitely recommend Kalikavu to anyone wanting to explore Silent Valley and enjoy the beauty the valley has to offer.
A serene landscape showcases a tranquil body of water reflecting a colorful sunset. Silhouetted trees and greenery surround the scene, enhancing the natural beauty of the area. The sky is filled with hues of pink, orange, and purple, creating a peaceful evening atmosphere.

SOSA QUEST - A Gateway to Silent Valley.

SriramRating, 5 stars5 months ago
Our group of friends celebrated our 30-year high school reunion Sosa. This enchanting resort exceeded our expectations. Tucked away in the woods, this 120+ year old Kerala Tharavadu-style house offers a quaint, no-frills getaway from the city's hustle and bustle. The resort's rustic charm is beautifully preserved, with minimal essential upgrades that maintain its authenticity. Take a stroll through the woods and discover the serene river, perfect for a refreshing bath. The real star of the show is Manager George, who went above and beyond to make us feel at home. From waking us up for a river visit to arranging a massive dinner delivery, George's hospitality was exceptional. While the resort has an open kitchen, we recommend exploring local eateries, like the nearby Chaaya Kada for breakfast, and ordering lunch/dinner from KPM Residency. *Note: 3rd bedroom in outhouse*. Overall, this resort is perfect for those seeking a peaceful, rustic retreat without unnecessary frills

Relaxing stay in Nilgiris

My wife and I loved staying at this property. Shylaja mam was a very friendly and an approachable host. Very dignified and eloquent in the way she spoke. The property is just beautiful with lots of space around, trees, flowers, pet friendly, peaceful. The complimentary breakfast was limited but delicious. We also had the optional dinner which was again limited options but sufficient. We would love to stay here again on our next trip but for a longer duration.
