Apartemen ini masih baru dengan design modern dan fasilitas yang lengkap. Jalan luas, mudah diakses. Villa ini terdiri dari 2 rumah yang saling bertumpukan, pemilik menghuni rumah bagian atas, sedangkan yang kami tawarkan adalah rumah bagian bawah. Antara kedua rumah tidak saling berhubungan, pintu garasi dan pintu masuk sendiri-sendiri.
