Дом - отличный, тепло, уютно, горячая вода, электричество работает без проблем. Всё необходимое есть, очень много посуды, полотенец, белья, что является огромным плюсом. Lasha is a genuinely warm and helpful host. He makes the effort to show you everything and the local area because he wants you to have the best stay possible. He was very responsive and respectful and I felt he genuinely cared about my Airbnb experience. When the weather is nice, there is some great views here. Calm & peaceful experience apart from some nearby barking dogs occasionally but not all the time & it didn't stop me from sleeping well. Highly advise having or renting a car, your experience will be much better.

Кухня на первом этаже — настоящая деревенская сказка: красивая, уютная, душевная. Хозяин и его семья удивительно радушны и гостеприимны. Здесь мы отдохнули не только телом, но и душой, почувствовав себя как дома.

A stunning place with an amazing view within walking distance from the sea, with quiet neighbors, a delicious restaurant nearby, comfortable living conditions! Tamaz, a very nice owner, respects the personal boundaries of the tenants, shares grapes. It was very nice and caring!

We really enjoyed our stay over there. It’s not so far away from downtown. Kids loved to play in a yard and there is playground right in front of the house. The taxi is really cheap to go anywhere. 5 minutes to walk for food or groceries stores. Apartment is really clean and we felt like we are staying home.

Все очень понравилось! С первого дня чувствовали себя как дома. Хозяева — душевные отзывчивые люди. Отличное расположение: в 15 минутах море и большой торговый центр, а сами домики окружены чудесным садом. В домике есть все для комфортного проживания, wifi хорошо работает (мы с подругой обе работаем онлайн, никаких проблем). Очень рады, что вместо апартаментов выбрали деревянный дом — как будто съездили на дачу:)) 100% вернемся сюда ещё!

Хотим поблагодарить чудесных хозяев этого жилья! Апартамент замечательный, вид с балкона на парк и море очень красивый, было очень чисто, было всё необходимое для комфортного проживания. Территория комплекса ухоженная и красивая, есть большой бассейн, рестораны,супермаруеты. Хозяева дали личный мобильный телефон, всегда были на связи, дали много ценных рекомендаций по достопримечательностям и ресторанам, везде было вкусно и мы остались очень довольны. Нас тепло встретили и мы после поездки в Тбилиси снова вернёмся в эти апартаменты на несколько дней, если будут свободны. А ещё будем рекомендовать всем друзьям и родственникам этих хозяев. Большое спасибо!

Квартира понравилась. Удобное расположение — прямо на первой линии, с красивым видом на море. Успели поймать! Внутри всё чисто и аккуратно. Есть вся посуда, чайник, микроволновка — всё работает. Удобная душевая, мягкая кровать, подушки на выбор. Приятное освещение, особенно понравилась закатная лампа. Самое интересное — проектор. Смотрели фильмы, сериалы на Netflix и YouTube. Всё устроило, нам было комфортно!

مكان رائع ونظيف واطلاله جميله وموقع الشقه مناسب والشقه فيها كل الخدمات مغسله ومكوى ومكرويف وثلاجة ومطبخ فيه اغلب مستلزماته الشي الوحيد السلبي لايوجد شطاف في الحمام.

we stay at Larica place as a couple . for both of us was fantastic . nice cosy and clean apartment very comfy bed and great bathroom . all You need in a kitchen and balcony makes You feel so good . BTW . on bottom floor there is cafeteria good food and very cheap. stuff on reception very helpful too. great time for us in Larisa place 😉

Я провел три ночи в этом жилье и остался очень доволен. У нас была возможность насладиться барбекю и поплавать в бассейне, что сделало отдых еще приятнее. Красивая крыша с потрясающим видом добавила атмосферы. Удобная парковка была большим плюсом. Особо хочу отметить хозяина, который всегда был на связи и готов помочь в любой ситуации. Рекомендую это место для отдыха!

I had an amazing stay! The place was spotless, stylish, and located in a luxurious building right in the heart of Batumi. Everything was within walking distance, which made exploring the city super convenient. The host was responsive and welcoming. Highly recommend this spot for anyone visiting Batumi!

The apartment was little bit small, but convenient. Little bit far from city center. But the apartment itself and the district it is in was amazing. The wine compliment was a good extra touch :)

Wonderful guest house on the top, with a beautiful view of the green mountains. Well-equipped grill area to fry meat and sing songs with friends. Warm and cozy house that smells of wood, like at grandma's dacha.
