My unit is a studio type, small but you have all the amenities. There is wifi and cable. I have also a study area. You can cook with complete cooking utensils. There is a supermarket in the building with restautants and coffee shop. There are aslo ATMs innthe building. Very accessible to public transport. My unit is along taft avenue between vito cruz and quirino stations. You will definitely love my place as what almost all of my guests said in their reviews:)

Transportation is very easy with its 24/7 access around vicinity plus it is near Quezon Ave MRT Station. Plus, there's nothing to worry about being hungry in middle of the night there are plenty of 24/7 convenient stores around the area. Prices are not too expensive. Barangay Tanods/Police are always available within Timog and Mother Ignacia.
