Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Makaha Valley

We had a great stay. The place is cozy, has a great view and amenities and supplies. It is in great location, close enough to everything in waikiki but away enough to not deal with the busy and louder areas. Great host who was very informative, accomodating, detailed and gave alot of recommendations.

Absolutely loved this place! Got the additional parking pass and it was well worth it. We were able to keep the parking pass a few hours after checkout and they were very flexible about that. Location was great and very walkable to the beach and shopping buildings. The place was gorgeous and just as pictured. The only thing is that I wish we stayed longer!

This was our first visit to Honolulu and staying at Kurts place made our stay that much more special. Allowing us to have an early check in when we realised we had to be off our cruise ship very early that morning made our first day much easier. The apartment has stunning views of Waikiki - waking up to them each morning was very special. The apartment is across from the zoo where you can see flamingos from the window of the apartment which we loved. The apartment has beach gear provided making days at the beach a breeze and there are plenty of fabulous restaurants nearby. Our favorites were Lulu's Waikiki and Hawaiian Aroma!

This place was perfect for my needs. Some things I especially liked are: the overhead fan, keyless doors (especially good to not need to carry keys when swimming in the ocean), the rice cooker, and the blender for making cold drinks. I got around using the bus. This location is convenient to both the beach and the bus stops.

Peter's place was perfect for our 5 day stay. You are right on the beach with nothing between you and the ocean. You are on the 12th floor with beyond amazing views of the ocean, sunsets, boats, turtles and we even saw a moon rise the last morning. The beach is one of the most pristine beaches I have ever seen. The water is clear, the sand is thick with absolutely zero seaweed. The beach appeared to be about 1/4 -1/2 mile long which I loved to just walk. The sand was so thick that it was a workout to just walk. Even the wet sand was thick! The beach is quiet with just a handful of folks on it at any time. Be aware that the west side of Oahu is the "poorer" section of the island. There are homeless encampments on the public beaches. Since this is a private gated community with 24/7 security there are no issues with homeless folks. We had a car and did lots of sightseeing during the day on the North, South and East side of Oahu. I came for the beach and it did not disappoint.

We were here for family wedding at Turtle Bay Resort and it was the perfect location. Great access to many amenities and beaches. Nice, comfy, clean, well equipped condo. Easy relaxing place to stay.

Sue's apartment is fantastic! It is perfectly equipped, beautifully decorated and has all the beach essentials. I immediately felt at home. The Ritz Carlton beach is very close by and other surfing or swimming spots are within easy reach. Great location on the North Shore. Sue is a very thoughtful host! I can highly recommend Sue as a host and her apartment.

My family just returned from a truly wonderful vacation at the Hawaiian Princess. Mary’s place was perfect - very clean, cozy, and quiet. My husband is a go-go-go type of guy who has a hard time sitting still, and he said that this is the most relaxed he’s ever been. It’s not located in a walkable neighborhood, but after spending all day playing in the soft sand of the beach, relaxing in the jacuzzi, and napping between beach time, we were all ready to sleep once the sun went down. We happened to have big waves the entire time we were there due to NW winds, which meant no swimming out into the water for us, but my young kids had fun watching body surfers as well as playing in the swash. Mary was always quick to respond, which made our stay that much more pleasant and easy. We would love to come back for another stay!

We stayed end of May, the view was gorgeous. Monk seal beached itself right by the property, saw turtles, and the beach was not crowded.

This was an amazing stay for me and my family of 9. We had plenty of place to sleep. Home was well organized, and clean. Kitchen was very well stocked. We went to market before we got there, and didn’t realize there were many item already stocked in the home. Such as sugar, tea, hot choclate, salt & pepper, spices, even ketchup. Washer and dryer came in very handy during our stay- so we didn’t need to pack much, and also towels were very clean. It was a great experience and we definitely plan to be back.

We loved this place! It was definitely one of the more reasonable cost rentals in the Lanikai neighborhood but it didn’t disappoint. A few things of note: - the appliances are high end KitchenAide and Bosch. The cooktop is a two burner induction that you can put away when not in use. Toaster oven as well. Compact dishwasher and fridge is a one drawer fridge/ one drawer freezer that fits under counter - ample beach towels. Also beach chairs and umbrellas. - the pool was wonderful - less than 10 min walk to Lanikai Beach - do the pillbox hike up the ridge behind you if you want a good workout! We loved our week here. Always planned to cook out on the Weber grill but didn’t end up doing so. The patio was awesome at the end of each day and for morning coffee. Neighborhood was safe. Met the pest control guy and the pool guy while we were here- both really friendly. Would definitely choose this place again.

We had a great stay in Kailua! The house is very comfortable, and it’s only a couple minutes walk to the Kalamas beach access. When not at the beach (with the chairs, towels, boogie boards, and toys provided) or eating Island Snow, the kids loved playing in the yard and the play room, and watching movies in the living room. We ended up staying mostly in Kailua and Lanikai for beaches, shopping, and restaurants, with one morning at the botanical gardens in Kaneohe and one at Haunama Bay, and an afternoon at Bishop Museum after check-out. We’d love to stay here again, in this well-appointed and clean house with hosts who responded to our questions and provided clear guidance on the check-in and check-out process.

Brooke’s place was perfect for my partner and I plus daughter and niece. We were able to cook in the kitchen with sharp knives other good kitchen amenities but also appreciated that there were plenty of dining out options very close by. Kailua and adjacent beaches are clean, friendly and beautiful! It felt safe for the teenagers to spend hours on their own. All around great experience with Brooke being very easy to reach and helpful with recommendations for hikes, shops and restaurants.

First off Annie is very responsive, we had challenges with the keypad while checkin but she was able to help us immediately providing clear instructions via phone. This is a new house surrounded by amazing views as described in the listing, gorgeous mountain view’s and wonderful papayas from the backyard. The kitchen and its amenities were all great. The host did mention the drive into the community was through a few homeless people and they did not bother us. The location is on the west side of the island and will take you atleast an hour to do your plantation tours or to Waikiki beach or even Kulaoa ranch. If you are willing to drive then this is a great house with an responsive host.

There was 4 of us. 3 adults and a baby. The place is bigger than what it looks like on the pictures. Located in the beautiful area with lots of hikes around. We really enjoyed the state and host were extremely friendly and responsive!!! we would definitely stay again, if we visit Hawaii.

Lindsay's place was perfect. It was clean and big enough for family of four. Beds were comfortable and kitchen had everything we needed. Only thing that would have made it better was a place to hang out outside but no complaints. It was perfect for our stay. We'd definitely book again.

We had a great stay! The home was clean, comfortable, and had all the essentials we needed — fridge, microwave, washer/dryer, and a small AC unit that kept things cool. The host was very responsive and accommodating throughout our stay, which we really appreciated. Overall, a great experience and we’d definitely stay again!

Turtle Bay is so peaceful and beautiful! This condo was right next to pool which was great. The condo was charming and very clean.

Amazing place! We stayed with our 8 month old. Joel was so helpful with coordinating anything we needed for her. The place was well equipped for a family. It was a beautiful and peaceful location. Bed and linens were so comfortable. Gorgeous interior. Joel answered all of our questions quickly and made for a stress free vacation. We hope to come back again!

Frances' place was wonderful. The unit was beautifully decorated and was spotless clean. I would recommend the unit to anyone staying in/around the Turtle Bay area.

Good unit at a great location for a family friendly stay. Construction noise wasn't too bad since I think they are almost done and are the end of the building. This place has everything a family would need including pack and play, high chair, beach chairs, etc.

Had a great stay, I loved that the hosts had beach chairs, coolers, boogie boards, etc. for us to use on the trip. The washer and dryer was literally heaven sent; didn’t realise how much I appreciated being able to throw my swim clothes in to wash and dry. The location was great to see so many things on the North side of the island and I was able to use many amenities that the resort offered. Definitely would stay again!

Great family location for our week stay. We enjoyed all the amenities available and will book again on our next trip to North Shore.

Great location and very clean! Being able to rent the car on Turo was perfect!! We were able to explore and see so much of the island in just a few days!! Great restaurants on the property. Would definitely come back!
