The Hilly House is a hillside property in the heart of the Whitehall district, surrounded by beautiful rural views. Very private. Outdoor baths for relaxing in peace, star gazing with a glass of wine or two. Our friendly and inquisitive llamas will come over to greet you, you can fine their pellets inside the house. There are many lovely walks nearby. Blue Springs in Putaruru, 40 mins. Sanctuary Mt Maungatautari, 35 mins and 10 mins from Lake Karapiro and Cambridge with amazing eateries.

Time to relax in a peaceful quiet location with beautiful views. A very spacious self-contained studio, set amongst gardens of the main house with young dairy stock all around. Sit in your private spa pool after a busy day and watch the sun go down and the stars in the evening, they are so clear.
