Our apartment is located in an apartment building in the most forested and water-rich district of Berlin (Köpenick). We offer you an apartment in Berlin-Friedrichshagen directly on the Müggelspree river about 500 m before Lake Müggelsee. The apartment can accommodate 2 people with a child. Pets are allowed. The apartment consists of a large room with 6 windows that allow a beautiful view. The kitchenette with dishwasher, coffee maker, microwave invites you to cook. We also offer a sitting area with TV, a separate work area with desk as well as Internet access. The bedroom with double bed (bed linen & towels are provided) is located under the roof. The apartment contains a modern shower room. After a 5-minute walk, you are already in the historic Bölschestraße, which invites you to take a leisurely stroll with over 100 shops, a cinema (in summer also an open-air cinema) and restaurants. A quick supply of food is ensured with supermarkets within walking distance. By bike, you can explore the surrounding area or start a small or large excursion through the Spree Tunnel. At Lake Müggelsee, you have the opportunity to explore and enjoy the surroundings from the water with various motor ships. By tram you can reach the old town of Köpenick in about 15 minutes, where you can visit the famous Köpenick town hall with Ratskeller and the completely renovated castle with current art exhibitions. From the Friedrichshagen S-Bahn station (15 minutes walk or tram), you can immerse yourself in the big city bustle of Berlin after just 30 minutes.

Flat just outside of Berlin

Generous and light flat with own patio just outside of Berlin: 3km to Müggelsee, 21km to Alexanderplatz, 6km to Berliner Ring (dual carriageway into the city). If you’re arriving late we can provide breakfast for your first morning (12€), please just let us know beforehand. Public transport is a 5 minutes walk, and by tram and train it takes ca. 45 minutes to get to the centre of Berlin. If you prefer discovering the city and surrounding areas by bike, we also have two rental bikes available.

We offer a fully equipped bungalow with a small terrace consisting of 2 rooms, kitchen, hallway and 2 bathrooms. In addition to central heating, it is also equipped with underfloor heating, so it is also pleasantly warm in winter. This stylish two-room apartment with private entrance is perfect for your trip to Berlin and offers the perfect retreat in urban proximity. Friedrichshain, 10 min., Treptow, 15 min. & Kreuzberg, 20 minutes are within walking distance. In addition to the large kitchen-living room, there is the adjoining bedroom with direct access to the quiet terrace (40 sqm). This apartment also has its own shower room, Wi-Fi, washing machine and dryer. A covered carport by the house can be booked on site.

The apartment is located in a former bakery in the historic Fischerkietz. With its listed houses, the street is reminiscent of a village street from the turn of the century. The castle island as well as the old town with all amenities are within walking distance. In summer you can swim in the river pool or in Lake Müggelsee. BER airport can be reached in 45 minutes by bus (162/164) and S-Bahn (45/9). If you want to combine city trip and relaxation, this is the place to be.

For your relaxing vacation or business stay, 100 square meters are available for your exclusive use. The apartment is located just 2-3 minutes' walk from the S-Bahn S 5 as well as REWE and DM. You are in the city in 25 minutes without changing trains. The S-Bahn runs 24/7.

If you are looking for peace and quiet as a tourist after visiting the bustling big city or after work or an internship, you have come to the right place. In our garden in front of the bungalow, you can end the day comfortably in the warm season and enjoy the silence, the birdsong and the rippling of our garden fountain. Berlin-Mahlsdorf is one of the most popular residential areas in Berlin. Thanks to the good infrastructure, the Berlin city center with its cultural facilities and shopping facilities can be reached by highway, train and subway in just approx. 15-20 minutes away. By bike and on foot you can relax in the greenery by the lake. Arrival and departure must be discussed in advance. Check-in is usually from 3 pm to 5 pm and check-out is by 10 am.
