For your relaxing vacation or business stay, 100 square meters are available for your exclusive use. The apartment is located just 2-3 minutes' walk from the S-Bahn S 5 as well as REWE and DM. You are in the city in 25 minutes without changing trains. The S-Bahn runs 24/7.

Small vacation apartment

We rent a small, cozy vacation apartment with a separate entrance in our own house. Right next to the "Gardens of the World" we have a lot of greenery around us, free parking and good shopping. By bus you are at the U-Bahn [subway] and S-Bahn [suburban train] (5) in 15 minutes and can easily explore the sights of Berlin. We look forward to welcoming visitors from all over the world and will make our guests' stay pleasant. If you wish to stay longer, just ask.

The completely separate, clean and cozy small apartment with its own entrance is located only 9 km from BER airport in the basement of our single-family home in a very quiet, green location. Parking is available at any time right outside the door (5 meters). The apartment has a small outdoor area with a table and chairs. Very nice, bright loft space in the vibrant area of Kreuzberg. The apartment is based in the 5th floor and from the window you can see the famous TV Tower of Berlin. There is NO ELEVATOR in the building. But the stairs are worth the excercise! The apartment is well decorated, has a full kitchen and everything you need, to feel comfortable for your stay in Berlin.
