As waterfront as you can get! Perched on the coastline in beautiful Conception Bay (15-20 minute drive from St. John's airport & downtown) the views from this property are amazing. People who enjoy nature - watching whales breach, icebergs melt, seabirds frolic, storms brew, fishermen fish, the sun set, or those who like to hike, kayak, dive, generally explore - will especially appreciate this unique property and the experiences it offers. Or maybe just relax and listen to the sound of the ocean waves breaking on the beach. Just a short walk along the beach and you are at the start of the Chance Cove coastal trail.
