It’s a beautiful place, the food is spot on, We tried the chicken mutton and the fish. All were lip smacking. Homely food. The place is quite secluded so you don’t have any local disturbance, the property is quite calming, we can jam music sessions here. Good for inspirations. The hosts are fantastic, they quickly help you to make your experience better

Well, we stayed here for 2 nights and the place is amazing just as described in the photos. It's just a min or two walk to beach just little hindrance due to broken stairs at beach. But very very close by beach. Also the location is perfect with lots of food options just outside of door. The home is too good aesthetically and all the amenities are also well thought. Special thanks to Amol for arranging the doctor on short notice in medical emergency. Also the cook had cooked amazing food and also as per our request and requirement :-) All in all a very well thought and beautifully decorated villa in Nagaon. Will definitely revisit and recommend.

The apartment was clean, cozy, and well-equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The private patio was a lovely bonus perfect for morning coffee or a relaxing evening. The location is fantastic just a short walk from Carter Road Beach, surrounded by great cafes, restaurants, and shops. It made exploring the area super convenient. A big shoutout to Atif and his team — they were incredibly friendly, responsive, and helpful throughout our stay. Their hospitality truly made us feel at home. Thanks again for hosting us we’d definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting the area.

We had an amazing time at Turtle Beach Hut, so much so that we decided to extend our stay by an extra night. The property is peaceful, well-maintained, and spacious enough for four adults. It's located right on the beach, and the beach itself is incredibly calm, secluded, and serene. We brought our own portable BBQ setup for the evenings, which was perfect. Sharmila, the caretaker, is not only an excellent cook but also a wonderful host. She served us the freshest and most delicious Konkan fish curries and vegetable dishes, all with a warm smile. Dr. Sangita, the property owner, is a kind, welcoming, and generous lady. Overall, we rate everything 5 out of 5. I highly recommend this place to anyone seeking a quiet, peaceful stay—especially if you’re traveling with pets. We look forward to returning again!

House of Arambol gives the home feeling, amazing location amidst nature, just few minutes walking to the beach, right at the centre of Arambol surrounded by amazing cafes and very soulful people around. Our stay was an extremely comfortable and enjoyable experience. Their in house caretaker is an excellent cook and very attentive. Plus Satish was very responsive and an accommodating host.

Perfect for a peaceful and relaxing holiday, friendly neighbourhood and very quiet. The beach is only two minutes away. The apartment is very clean and nice, we wish to come back soon!

It was home like house in front of the beach. I have traveled with my 8 elders and I wanted something walkable to beach and this Airbnb was exact what we have desired for. Furnished kitechen- we made food every day by urself. Specially mention for Pratima (caretaker of house), she was so kind and hardworking person. She did an amazing job with everything you want without even asking. A perfect house for perfect destination for a perfect getaway. Cheers.

We went for a family get-together after Diwali. The place is spot on as described in the listing. Unfortunately we could not get the in house meal options as the head chef was on leave, but the snacks and breakfast was good too. We enjoyed the local delicacies prepared by a localite near market. The place is well maintained and clean. Do carry your own gaming stuffs like cricket bat, football, badminton to enjoy the open lawn. It's a must visit for a group of 6 to 12 pax.

I had a very beautiful Day at Sea Breeze. Love the fact that it’s beach facing. And the view and over all stay was amazing. Thank u to the staff as well for their amazing service

We were sceptical on the choice of place, but we're amazed by the level of hospitality. the people were really hospitable, and were really nice people. food tasted amazing, be it chicken curry or prawns, the cook knew how the pallet will like it. veg food was also great and a great cup of tea and coffee. the place is really nice, and allowed our pets to stay without any issues. they prepared chicken rice for our doggos and we all had a great time. amazing and peaceful place. loved it. will visit again for sure.

Great place, very spacious and peaceful. Loved the sense of space and to wake up to the songs of birds. The villa has a large pool which for me was the best part. We felt right at home with the friendly caretaker who took good care of our needs. Overall, i highly recommend Yuvaan's villa

Amazing place just beside the beach. Very big pool and the amenities match the description. Caretaker was good, house was well maintained with AC in rooms and halls. The property is very close to the beach and arambol market is at a walkable distance.

A lovely 2bhk apartment at a great location. Just about 2 mins walking distance from the beach. A min if u take the shortcut! Aesthetically pleasing design, very well equipped, very clean, with a lovely pool. Very private and no disturbance. We had a great time doing our own cooking with a very functional well equipped kitchen. Beautiful furnitures and everything looks new and clean. You get all the basic amenities and more provided like umbrellas, hair dryers, toiletries etc. the hosts have taken great care in designing and maintaining the property. And they are so responsive and easily reachable for any queries. Would totally recommend this lovely place! Totally worth the affordable price too!

Best place at considerably lower price. Perfect for couples and family. Totally privacy. Sea view from window and balcony. Host Mr. Nikeet is more than friendly. He was there for us all the time and just a call away. Helped us with local recommendations. Location of property is perfect. Walking distance from Thallassa & Vagator beach. Highly recommended place for most serene views of Goa.

Santosh is a cordial and welcoming host. His apartment is Just a minute walk to the arambol beach it serves a bonny accomodation, pristine surroundings, it's a perfect sized apartment ideal for 2 people for short stay. The washroom and interiors are immaculate. With lots of amenities and toiletries, tea, coffee premix which you get in a luxury stays. It a well maintained place and well designed with minute details like the plants in the staircase etc give an impeccable experience. A special mention to the balcony(it's on the 3rd floor) which is overlooking the picturesque view of mountains behind. I did enjoy the sunrise regularly throughout my stay.

I felt very comfortable in this accommodation. It was everything you need, very clean and also very nice and homely furnished. There was a hot shower, a water filter, a fully equipped kitchen etc. It is a beautiful quiet Place in Arambol, with many yoga schools within walking distance, mini markets, etc. Also the contact with Amrita was very friendly and helpful. I am very happy to come back when I am in Arambol.

Melvin has a great place and took very good care to make our stay comfortable. The place is 10 mins from the beach by road, but you want walk to it via a short cut. The place was neat and clean and Melvin stays close by so is a shout away. He has all the contacts for taxis and bikes for rent and will get you sorted. Morning tea on the verandah will take all your stress away. All in all a great place to stay, highly recommended

The stay at Tushar Bungalow was excellent.The villa was truly a home away from home.All the rooms were extremely clean.The kitchen was extremely well organised with all the necessary requirements from utensils,hot water kettle,gas,fridge,water filter.Everything was extremely well organised.Washrooms were very clean.Bedsheets ,pillows and linen was also spotlessly clean.Right from the booking of the villa Shraddha ji was always available and clarified all my queries .Her revert was also very quick .It was really a heartening gesture when she called us during our stay to see if all was ok .The caterer Shivani ji also served us sumptous breakfast and meals .My 84 year mother was also with me and she too enjoyed the stay. i would recommend people to come with a Staycation view( stay in the property and enjoy the serenity).The lawns were extremely well maintained with lovely chikoo and mango trees and lots of flowers around.We shall surely visit again.

I have stayed there for 3 days and this place is awesome especially view from the balcony. The place was clean and spacious.

Just 2 mins from the beach at a really great location! Great rooms with ample space to host a group of friends and relax. Outdoor sitting place was an added touch to relax at night or watch the sunset from. Would definitely recommend to others!

Juvenal’s place was super nice! The old-fashioned Portuguese furniture and construction was a delight to experience. It is super close to Arambol beach, just a 10 min walk. There are loads of shops and such around as well. Juvenal has provided all the amenities we could ask for - soaps, shampoos, laundry detergent, loads of extra towels. All in all, it was amazing! Just one heads up for all future guests - it does get pretty loud due to the surrounding area, so bring some ear plugs for the night!
