I had a great experience, the apartment feels very homely, it has the perfect sitting room arrangement. The host is very nice and responsive, there's always someone on ground to attend to you if you need anything. The apartment is neat and all the amenities are working perfectly. The studio apartment was in excellent condition and was accompanied by an estate manager who is available to assist with any issues. David was a fantastic host, and if I ever visit Nigeria again, I would definitely consider booking with him.

This apartment was stunning. Perfect location, very secure, and peaceful. There was no chaos, it was very calm, and welcoming. Close to shopping malls, movies, ShopRite, art market, Nike art gallery, LCC, and wave beach! The host, and her staff was very friendly, and responsive to any issue that arose. I was so happy and comfortable at James place,very nice and clean apartment,the staff was so friendly and nice,very attentive,they were always right there when you needed them or anything,I will gladly recommend my friends or family to James apartment,however all amenities works great,😊 as described.i would love to stay at James apartment again,as long as it’s vacant,if I have any problems I called James or the staff and in a minute problem solve.

The home is exquisite and tastefully furnished. We really enjoyed our stay. The location is very private and very secure - security code changes very frequently. It was my second visit back to Nigeria in 2 months, and i never felt safer. Power was 24/7. There's a washer/dryer - super convenient. We didnt take any dirty clothes back home. The property manager AY was very helpful and responsive. We arrived late for checkin and didn't have anything meals prepped, but she helped us get dinner and was very helpful throughout our stay. We had cleaning service everyday. They even had all our clothes ironed for our event day. Restaurants and attractions are a few minutes drive away. So you get the benefit of staying in a private secure estate with everything you need just minutes away. Definitely staying here again. I'm not sure i can stay anywhere else TBH. Its perfect!

House was nice, nice to have the pool nearby, very secure, have to go through at least two or three gates with guards just to get to the house. as anyone who has stayed in Nigeria knows, having good back up power is important and power was very stable at this house since they have battery back up as well as generators. So that was quite a blessing. The manager Vincent was very responsive and was easy to get a hold of

Vivian was very responsive via chat. The house is beautiful and I enjoyed my stay. Everything i need was provided to me including cooking gas. The surrounding within the house was clean. I would definitely book again when needed.

The place is very nice with 24hours power, and fawaz is a good person, in fact i really enjoyed the place… next am coming to Nigeria, i will come for it….

The neighborhood feels vibrant and safe.The apartment boasts a modern design, with well-finished interiors, spacious rooms, and functional features like air conditioning, fitted kitchen cabinets, and en-suite bathrooms. The building offers reliable electricity with a backup generator, which is essential in Lagos. While not 24/7, the downtime is minimal. I highly recommended

I must say I and my family really enjoyed our stay in the house , the house was very clean,,everything was neatly arranged,the interiors are top notch, the WiFi works perfectly well.. any time I come back to Nigeria I will definitely be using this apartment again, it made us feel at home … I highly recommend Kin Clan Resident.👌🏽

Adedayo's place suited my needs. Hidden away in a quiet neighborhood. He was extremely seeking to please knowing that comfort in Lagos cannot be taken for granted. He therefore tried within limits of reason. No complaints at all.

My first day was very tough but that was on me because I checked in way too early, earlier than the normal check in time, the host and the Manager were very kind, patient and understanding, they treated me right! They made sure I was comfortable and had what I needed, they’re more humans than just business. The place is very spacious, comfortable, clean and beautiful, the area is peaceful and quiet we have a security guy whose name is Mohammed that’s always available to help you get things you need to buy, I’ve been moving around using Airbnb because of my current situation and honestly this is the best place I have ever stayed so far, and I’m willing to stay for days or months if I’m allowed

Babfemi's place was exactly as advertised. It actually felt more welcoming in person. If I ever needed accomodation in that area, I would stay at Onixville again. The host is a pleasant person and was available and willing to help whenever I reached out. The environment is clean and quiet and all the amenities are updated and functional. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay there.

The apartment is spacious, clean and true to the pictures. There are lots of shops nearby and above all there is a beach to visit 5 minutes away, it is just wonderful , I enjoyed it , and the host was very careful , I will definitely come back!

I enjoyed my stay. Very close to a few beaches and nice restaurants. The host was easy to contact and communicate with and made sure we had a housekeeper come in & clean throughout the stay.

David was a great host and despite the issues we had regarding the changes in price increase before I got to Nigeria, he still managed to ensure we got our money’s worth. David understood my frustration with coming to a foreign country with many uncertainties and he went above and beyond to upgrade where we stayed and ensure if there was any issues, they were sorted within 24 hours. Despite all this, I would recommend staying here as David ensured we had the best time possible.
