Micca is awesome ! Her greetings are very welcoming .If I could give her 10 ⭐️ I would . From beginning to end her communication was 10/10. Airbnb looks exactly like the photos ,easy parking ,fully equipped, and very clean. I had nooo issues at ALL. Ive stayed at several air bnb’s and I must say this is the BEST one yet. Also to mention alot of stores and restaurants near property,beautiful location and its quiet . It was perfect ! Thank you Micca for making my vacation feel right at home🙏🏾

Our stay was very comfortable, peaceful and very quiet. We were looking forward to a quiet getaway and this was the perfect place for that. We were concerned after we made the reservation and found out about the stairs. However there was some very helpful young men in the house upfront. I believe they were Rhonda's children or family members. We appreciated their assistance with our luggage. Orelia

Only there for one night , but it was very clean and fit our needs perfectly.

Host was very responsive when I needed assistance. The place is very cute and perfect for a weekend with friends or family.

This place was great! I went for a girls weekend for Lonestar throw down weekend. It was the perfect place. Super cute, felt so safe. Very peaceful area and airbnb.

Nice spot in a nice area with a nice gym. Great for work trips! I’ll be staying here again whenever I need to come back for work, and I’ll recommend to my colleagues. Susie is very responsive and easy to communicate with.

This was a great stay! Room is VERY big. Bed can fit 3 ppl! Shower was very nice and got hot fast! Little kitchen area was very clean, deep sink. Extra towels were nice! Lots of seating and plates provided. Microwave worked! Tv had YouTube and Netflix (Roku?). Plugs by the bed were very convenient. Clothes rack to hang your clothes (no closet/dresser). I stayed in the bottom unit. Be mindful of which street you get dropped off/picked up because you enter the Bnb thru the back. Please read instructions, the host is very informative! This spot was about 25min from IAH. Also, watch your step when you first walk in (though they have reflectors taped on the floor to show the step too). Neighborhood could use a little touch up but otherwise it’s peaceful and quiet.

I spent about 45 days at Steven’s studio. it was an unforgettable time. The place was very clean, a lot of space for family to enjoy. The only issue that I had was with the internet because the internet was very slow, which I mentioned to Steven. They will take action to solve it. Overall, I had a great experience at the hosts house and they are very nice and welcoming people as well. I will recommend the place for anyone who wants to go to Spring area in Houston.

Great place to Stay, Beautiful Area, Safe private, and the apartment was really nice. Everything felt so dreamy here. This was my first time visiting the Houston Area and I am so glad I chose this stay. The surrounding area is super green and beautiful - there are close areas to eat and walk around, Lake Houston was maybe a 10-15 minute drive. The Host was super respectful and responded quickly anytime I sent a message. I carry everywhere I go but I felt pretty safe in this area the whole time even when it was late out. 10/10 would recommend this place to anyone visiting.

Loved the guest suite at Jack’s. It was very easy to find and to get into/out of. We enjoyed the balcony seating at night as a relaxing way to wind down for the evening. The home is exactly as pictured and super pristine. Had the best nights sleep for the entire week as well. Thank you so much to our host for opening up their guest suite to us!

I will definitely be staying here again. If you wish to relax this place is for you. Keep in mind that this is a family neighborhood so you will hear the kiddos doing their thing around check in. I rate this spot a 10 being exactly what you need when you need it.

The apartment is located in third floor with ease of access by having elevators and multi level parking garage; apartment has a reserved parking in the third floor close to the apartment which is +. Its very clean and well maintained. The apartment has all the essential kitchen appliances and cookware. The host is always responsive. I stayed for a month.

Juan Carlos is Amazing! His place was perfect, and he was very easy to work with. Highly Recommend staying with him for your Houston stay.

Nice little place to, that was perfect for what we needed.

We felt right at home! Everything was spotless and the spaces were perfect for our family. We went with a one-and-a-half year old baby and it was too practical and functional. Everything was close to us and it was very nice to go for a walk in the area. 100 percent recommended! The best hosts are always attentive
