Nestled by the river Seine, in an artist village in the region of Champagne, this former priory is located only 100km from Paris (55mn direct train between the neighboring Nogent s/Sein and Gare de l'Est). This is an authentic and ressourcing place, newly renovated, loaded with 400 years of history. We have decorated the house with love and care, the equipment is very generous. Bikes of diverse sizes (for adults and children), kayaks, SUPs and other inside and outside equipments are available.

Very nice 200 m² country stone house with private 5 m*9 m heated swimming pool, located at the crossroads of the Orient Forest and its large lakes, as well as Champagne vineyards, accommodating 14 people in its herbaceous and flowery setting. The secure pool (fence to NF P90-306 standards) and heated to 26 degrees is open from May to the end of September-early October (the opening of the pool can be postponed and the early closure, if the weather conditions are unfavorable).

Accommodation close to the highway and Nigloland

An accommodation that is very well surrounded by the Nigloland amusement park, Lake of the Orient Forest, a Grimpobranche, the Côte de Bars to visit the vineyard and/or cellars, there are also several restaurants and shops. All this is within 15-30 minutes. Within 30-45 minutes you can find the city of Troyes as well as many factory outlets, cinema, bowling, laser game and more. The added bonus is the highway exit which is 3 km away.
