SFIDA Residence

SFIDA Residence is a luxury facility in the old town of Korcula that contains a spacious living room with a fully equipped kitchen, and two bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms. By reconstructing the existing building, SFIDA Residence retained all the original elements of the construction, and with modern design and technology, it was transformed into a luxuriously equipped holiday residence. SFIDA Residence is equipped with WI-FI internet, LCD TVs, and all rooms are air-conditioned and have underfloor heating.

The house, in which the apartment is located, is a cultural-historic preserved building, built in the XVII th. century. The accomodation unit with a private entrance presents a large and comfortable two-stories apartment with a beautifull panoramic view of the Old Town of Dubrovnik. The asphalt road leading to the cottage passes through the village of Njegovuđa.

Moderno obnovljena stara kuca od kamena, u ruralnom dijelu, okruzena velikim plantaza etericnog bilja. Prostrana terasa i lijepo uredjena okucnica, idealna su za odmor. Kuca ima veliki dnevni boravak sa kuhinjom, kupaonicu i spavacu sobu. U spavacaj sobi se nalaze dva krevata (180x200 i 160x200) i dva pomocna kreveta na rasklapanje (90x190).
