It's always good to be in Itaipava. Our stay was super peaceful, bed and bath linens very well maintained, I, as a person allergic to smells, felt good! All well cared for! View with lots of greenery, showers providing wonderful baths. Very good beds! Celso is a superhost! We'll be back for sure.

Our stay was excellent, exactly as we expected, tranquility, comfort, practicality, we were able to combine the useful with the pleasant, we wanted to stay away from the big city, in contact with nature, without traveling by car, the condominium offers everything we need during our 1-week stay. As nothing is perfect, only the sauna was under construction during this period, unfortunately we could not enjoy it, the score is not 10 for this inconvenience, so I give a score of 9.5, but unfortunately it did not depend on the hosts, I realized their concern for our well-being throughout our stay. We will soon be back. We fell in love with this little piece of paradise.

Luciana's Airbnb was one of the best I've stayed in on the platform. Extremely clean and well-equipped, which made my day-to-day life easier during the stay, since I had to work from home during the week. Communication with her was very fast when I needed it, and she also recommended nearby establishments to help with shopping during the days I was staying. The location is simply perfect for those who go to Rio to sightsee, the apartment is close to Maracanã, Sapucaí, Cristo and Pão de Açúcar, it takes no more than 25 minutes to get to one of these. I highly recommend it and I hope to return to Rio soon and stay in Luciana's apartment!

I just want to say, as a solo, young, female traveler (who speaks zero portuguese), i felt VERY safe and comfortable here, with the location and with the host. he was extremely helpful and responded fast. the place is the perfect location to walk to bars, restaurants, beaches, and to be picked up from uber right in front (uber comes within 1 minute after ordering!) HIGHLY recommend. the place gives very bachelor vibes, in the best way possible. very high-tech as well, but user-friendly. LOVE rio and will stay here again when i come back!

The apartment is very nice and the beautiful view is a great differential. Everything was according to the description. In the four nights I stayed, I have no complaints. I recommend it.

Teresa's apartment is very spacious, nice and spotless. It has everything you need for a nice vacation, it is perfectly equipped for cooking. The location is ideal, not only because it is close to the beach but because it is the most beautiful neighborhood in Rio de Janeiro. Teresa was always very nice to us, attentive to what we needed for our stay.

I stayed from Saturday to Sunday for my nephew's birthday. The space is very cozy and has everything you need. Very warm shower. Flexible check-in. I really liked it. 🫶🏻🫶🏻

Super cozy apartment exactly as described on the site. Super clean. Condominium with excellent infrastructure and great leisure options. 24-hour security. As for the location, it's perfect for exploring the Union Industry on foot. Good restaurant options just a short walk away. Ana is an excellent host. I recommend it!

Compliments only The apartment is Divine, Clean, Smell, Exactly as in your photos👏 In the condominium, there is Restaurant, with breakfast buffet and on weekends, there is also buffet for lunch, very good food🙌 The town is "foot in the sand" yesmm, perfect. There is an exit through its own direct condominium in Praia 🏖️😎 Various kiosks, has the Rico Sucos (best açaí from RJ) Anyway, it's worth staying with Mr. Luiz. Perfect 👏

A flawless host and a magnificent condominium and apartment. The balcony offers an ocean view, and falling asleep to the sound of waves is the best. The apartment is very clean and cozy, with everything needed for a comfortable stay. The property features a heated pool, cleaned weekly. There are cameras and staff everywhere, making it very calm and safe. The host was very attentive and friendly. Right across the street is a beach with few people, where you can enjoy the ocean. I travel a lot, and this was one of the best stays. Thank you! ❤️

My stay was wonderful, too bad it was short. The location is perfect. The view is amazing and the apartment is super cozy and spacious. I felt at home! In addition, the condominium is super friendly, with clear information and good communication between employees. The apartment is exactly as shown in the pictures and larger than expected. It is very close to Olegario, which has exactly the best bars, restaurants and everything you need such as: market, bakery, gym… I really liked it and didn't even want to leave kkk I will definitely be back. Do not think twice. If you're lucky enough and the place has availability just book it. We've stayed at 10+ airbnbs and multiple 4 & 5 star hotels in Rio this year and this one is the rare gem that: 1. Lives up to the photos 2. Is worth what you pay 3. Is squeaky clean (I have terrible mold and dust allergies and was fine here) 4. Treats you like a guest (not an ATM). The team was responsive, gracious, and accommodating. It was concierge-level service and better than what we've experienced at hotels in Rio. The security is excellent - facial recognition. I'm a mom traveling with my 7yr old and we felt safe - just follow the rules like any city. And they've made everything incredibly easy - e g. QR code for getting onto the wifi.

Mine only thanks the selma for the great service provided, in addition to being very polite, was concerned at all times with my stay without being evasive, but at the same time attentive, a wonderful view of the roof the place is faithfully what it shows in the listing, I would definitely come back other times
