It's always good to be in Itaipava. Our stay was super peaceful, bed and bath linens very well maintained, I, as a person allergic to smells, felt good! All well cared for! View with lots of greenery, showers providing wonderful baths. Very good beds! Celso is a superhost! We'll be back for sure.

Teresa's apartment is very spacious, nice and spotless. It has everything you need for a nice vacation, it is perfectly equipped for cooking. The location is ideal, not only because it is close to the beach but because it is the most beautiful neighborhood in Rio de Janeiro. Teresa was always very nice to us, attentive to what we needed for our stay.

Daniel is a very personable and friendly host He provided clear instructions at check-in and check-out and a mid-stay cleaning service which was appreciated. The apartment met all my needs, location is fantastic. Super cozy apartment exactly as described on the site. Super clean. Condominium with excellent infrastructure and great leisure options. 24-hour security. As for the location, it's perfect for exploring the Union Industry on foot. Good restaurant options just a short walk away. Ana is an excellent host. I recommend it!

It's been an amazing day! Dennis' apartment is providential. It has a great location and everything we need to feel at home. I thank Dennis for offering us such a nice and comfortable space. Everything is organized and clean. The beach is amazing, the dunes and the lagoon were highlights of the location. We'll be back soon.

Compliments only The apartment is Divine, Clean, Smell, Exactly as in your photos👏 In the condominium, there is Restaurant, with breakfast buffet and on weekends, there is also buffet for lunch, very good food🙌 The town is "foot in the sand" yesmm, perfect. There is an exit through its own direct condominium in Praia 🏖️😎 Various kiosks, has the Rico Sucos (best açaí from RJ) Anyway, it's worth staying with Mr. Luiz. Perfect 👏

A flawless host and a magnificent condominium and apartment. The balcony offers an ocean view, and falling asleep to the sound of waves is the best. The apartment is very clean and cozy, with everything needed for a comfortable stay. The property features a heated pool, cleaned weekly. There are cameras and staff everywhere, making it very calm and safe. The host was very attentive and friendly. Right across the street is a beach with few people, where you can enjoy the ocean. I travel a lot, and this was one of the best stays. Thank you! ❤️

My stay was wonderful, too bad it was short. The location is perfect. The view is amazing and the apartment is super cozy and spacious. I felt at home! In addition, the condominium is super friendly, with clear information and good communication between employees. The apartment is exactly as shown in the pictures and larger than expected. It is very close to Olegario, which has exactly the best bars, restaurants and everything you need such as: market, bakery, gym… I really liked it and didn't even want to leave kkk I will definitely be back. Our stay was excellent, exactly as we expected, tranquility, comfort, practicality, we were able to combine the useful with the pleasant, we wanted to stay away from the big city, in contact with nature, without traveling by car, the condominium offers everything we need during our 1-week stay. As nothing is perfect, only the sauna was under construction during this period, unfortunately we could not enjoy it, the score is not 10 for this inconvenience, so I give a score of 9.5, but unfortunately it did not depend on the hosts, I realized their concern for our well-being throughout our stay. We will soon be back. We fell in love with this little piece of paradise.
