Vacation rentals with breakfast in Magdalena

Miguel was a very good host, the property was clean and well located. We went around carnival and we were at a walking distance from the main parade. He was very kind and gave us good advise about places to visit and eat.

Si quiere algo menos complicado y con menos gente, quedanse aqui. El servicio es super y la gente super amable.

Excelente lugar, es exactamente igual a las fotos o incluso mejor, el personal del lugar donde se hace el check-in es increíblemente amable. De los mejores lugares para quedarse.

The house is beautiful inside and out. Amazingly decorated and comfortable. The air conditioning worked well in the bedrooms and the remainder of the house was comfortable no matter the time of day. Lots of space to lounge around the pool. We will use the house again when we visit Santa Marta!

Me encantó este alojamiento. La casa tiene unos espacios muy lindos y una decoración que es muy tradicional y encaja con todo el ambiente. Las habitaciones son muy comodas y bien iluminadas. La ubicación es ideal, a una caminata de distancia de la iglesia y muy cerca de todos los restaurantes y cafés del pueblo. Flavia, la cocinera, fue muy amable. Colleen y Connie fueron excelentes anfitrionas, me encantó su atención al detalle.

Que decir de Romualdo, nos ha tratado excelentemente y ayudado en todo momento con los traslados al parque tairona, cocinando para nosotros una buenísima barbacoa... En resumen un anfitrión de 10. recomendadisimo

This a a jewel in the Sierra Nevadas. If you are looking for some quiet time in a beautiful surrounding, this is exactly where you wanna be. I stayed here for about a month and have enjoyed the place and the area in general. The ecohotel is beautiful, the people working there are friendly and I immediately felt like home. I can totally recommend this place!!! Thank you

My partner and I found Selva Minca to be a magical paradise. All the staff are extremely friendly, helpful, and even accommodated flexibly our super late and slightly complicated arrival when we faced trouble with flight cancellations, delays etc. It feels like a little community rather than an anonymous hotel. The food is very nice also, it’s especially a refreshing change to a somewhat basic rural Colombian cuisine ;-) The cabins are located directly in the jungle, so do expect to live and sleep in the jungle with all its relaxing and interesting sounds and animals. We loved it. The whole place truly seemed to care about the eco-tourism idea, not like many other hotels that just use the name but don’t really live by this standard. To get into Minca town, it’s a relaxing 20 minute walk down the main road, or a 5000 COP moto-taxi that only takes around 5 minutes. Also, from Selva Minca, many other hikes are possible, to waterfalls, cocoa farms, etc. We will surely be back!

Lugar acorde con el precio, solo un detalle en frente del edificio hay dos bares que tiene musica de jueves a domingo hasta los 4 de la madrugada y se escucha en las habitaciones que dan a la calle....Pero en general muy bueno.

Overall, the conditions are worth the price. Allison is kind and easy to communicate with. There is a beautiful garden with a desk where one can work. Minuses: The photos are outdated. Nowadays, the view from the terrace is mainly of the trees surrounding the apartment (the trees from the photo have grown up). There was some mold in the apartment and some cockroaches. When there is a power cut in Palomino, there is no alternative source of power = no light, no internet, so one needs to be prepared for that. There was one barking dog of one the visitors (the only reason why I sometimes felt unsafe when comming back to the apartment).

Excelente ubicacion, un lugar confortable y los anfitriones estuvieron siempre atentos a nuestras inquietudes.

Es un espacio muy agradable para grupos de 5-7 personas. Muy amplio y cómodo para disfrutar la estadía. Adicionalmente la atención del personal del edificio fue impecable, muy ágiles y serviciales.

El apartamento que tiene Victor está en excelentes condiciones, todo en estado nuevo, el estuvo muy pendiente de todo. Nos dejó toallas para toda ocasión y está muy bien equipado. Sin duda lo volvería a tomar.

Tuve una estadía maravillosa al lado de mi esposo y mi hijo. Las camas eran muy cómodas, el lugar estaba limpio, el edificio con muchas amenidades y muy bien ubicado con centro comercial muy cerca, muy cerca a la playa. La host siempre estuvo muy pendiente de nosotros y al servicio por si se nos ofrecía algo. De verdad que si regreso a Santa Marta sin duda alguna regresaría a este apartamento.

Ideal para que quienes están buscando un hospedaje más alejado del mar, cercano a buenos lugares para comer. El lugar y la habitación es tal cual las fotos, me hubiera gustado que la habitación tuviera una mesa de noche auxiliar y una silla.

La llegada fue rápida al lugar, está ubicado justo en la calle principal frente al río. Nuestra habitación fue muy cómoda, nos dieron recomendaciones y atendieron todas nuestras dudas. El lugar es precioso y con una linda vibra, Jenny y Celi fueron de lo más increíbles cada mañana para preparar el desayuno y ayudar con nuestra lavandería. Nos quedamos una semana completa y nos quedamos muy contentos con su amabilidad y la tranquilidad de la ciudad. Aunque en ocasiones, puede llegar a escucharse todo el sonido de fuera (eventos, música o conversaciones), pero para nosotros no fue gran problema. Muy recomendable

superbe chambre et super hôtel.Personnel vraiment sympathique et aidant. Propreté excellente et petit déjeuner très bon. Chose à savoir: Si vous y allez pendant la semaine sainte, sachez que c’est la fête jusqu’aux petites heures du matin. Excellent pour ceux qui veulent faire la fête. Si vous souhaitez un sommeil tranquille , ce n’est pas l’endroit à choisir. J’ai adoré mon expérience de vivre la fin de semaine sainte de l’intérieur.

J’ai passé un agréable séjour chez Joachim. Palomino vaut le détour et que dire de la plage! Joachim m’a organisé une sortie dans la jungle et a trouvé quelqu’un pour laver mes vêtements. Il est très sympathique et toujours là pour aider. Le déjeuner est excellent et copieux. Le wifi et l’air climatisé fonctionne très bien.

Beau hostel à l’extérieur du centre de Santa Marta. Le centre ville est rejoignable à pied, et de là plusieurs autobus pour aller aux plages.

Room was very spacious and great AC. Host was lovely and it was nice that breakfast was included.
