Small apartment, comfortable, clean and independent, only the access of the grille is shared since there are other cabanas on the ground. The place is located on Calle Zenteno between Bellavista and Pérez de Arce (we recommend looking in maps to accurately know the location). Check-in is from 3:00 PM and check-out is no later than 11:00 AM If you require to extend your check-out you should only notify in advance (an additional charge will be generated). The gym is private and at an additional charge

The Blue Studio

Simple and rustic 34 mt2 Studio apartment. Located only 10-12 minutes walking to the main square/downtown, 15-20 min. walking to the bus station and only 5 min. to the promenade. A mini market is just around the corner. It’s very illuminated and counts with one double bed, one bathroom, basic kitchen (stove, oven, boiler, toaster, fridge, pots, etc). It was built on the 2nd floor of the main house and you have to use a spiral stair to get inside. We are a quiet family with two curious cats.

Located in a quiet neighborhood near tourist attractions between two of Punta Arenas' main avenues. Pubs, restaurants, and cafes nearby. Supermarkets, fruit shops, and bakeries in the area. We also have a couple of bicycles for guests to use.
