Our property is located in a quiet courtyard in the southeast of Chiang Mai Old City, featuring four independent teakwood houses about 90 years old. As these are traditional wooden structures, sound insulation is limited Each house has a private bathroom and toilet. Bedrooms are on the second floor and accessible by stairs. Please note there is no baby cot, According to Thai law, all guests must present a valid passport upon check-in for registration. If you cannot comply, please do not book.

We are lucky to have a big piece of land close city center with quiet space surrounded. Nice to have relaxed space in our busy life. It is modified from traditional Lanna rice barn,improved to have better light,higher ceiling and comfortable facilities, fusions bit of Japanese architecture culture. The interior decors mainly are antique furniture and some art pieces. Guests use the whole house, pool and garden. All in the few key words: wooden,earthy,grounding, space.

Permaculture Farmstay Bamboo hut with Bathtub

This bamboo hut is the first guest house at my farm, designed by myself. With a customized round window framing the whole rice field and mountain view. It has a private wooden bathtub, so you can have a warm bath in the chilly morning or evening here and enjoy the sunrise or sunset at the same time. There is basin next to the bathtub for you to brush your teeth and fresh up. On the other side of the house, it has a patio with hammock, for you to lay on and take a nap.
