This stay is amazing! It is exactly what we are looking for, private, peaceful, nice scenery, and amazing amenities! We arrived a little later than expected as we didn't expect the drive it would take. The stay was ready for us when we arrived. The place is pretty private with neighbours about 100m away from us. We really love the place as it has all the things we needed for our stay. If you are looking for a private place for your fam or love ones, peaceful, private and great ammenities! Look no further!

Some reviews of this place complained about the long (20 min) road up the mountain to access the location. I disagree with these people. I think the road leading up to the airbnb is absolutely stunning, well maintained, and was honestly one of the best parts of the experience. Riding up and down that road everyday with those incredible jungle and mountain views was great. It is paved all the way, with only minor pot holes - so you can definitely do it with a scooter. I'd recommend 150cc or more because parts are quite steep. The airbnb itself in located on a resort-like place with many buildings. The rooms were spotless. Obviously, communication was a little bit of an issue - but I would not expect people in Thailand to speak English, as we are visitors in their country. The staff were great and we always managed to find a way to communicate. They took good care of us. When I came, during April, it place was basically empty, which was nice. Burning season" is low season I guess.

We cannot say enough about how generous and kind Wat & Boom are. They did so much for us, including bringing us eggs, farm produce, and breakfast treats, spending hours teaching our teenagers to harvest and prepare sugarcane juice and fresh coconut, showing us around their farm, and taking one of us to the hospital after a (self-inflicted) injury. The farm is beautiful and peaceful - we enjoyed this haven in nature as a travel break. We rode the provided bikes to the temple, village shops & restaurants, a cute coffee shop and around the area. We can also highly recommend the "Banthi Tour" with Mr P. (search on Tripadvisior) for a full day village experience about 15 minutes away. Staying at the farm feels a bit like glamping, with the downstairs patio, kitchen and 2 bathrooms open to the outside, and a comfortable bedroom upstairs with fans and good mosquito protection. Wat & Boom, we would like to thank you for a magical experience!

Wow, what a beautiful place! We had a fantastic stay in this traditional house. We loved the peacefulness and explored the local area - hiking with local guides and visiting the hot springs, temples and beautiful local cafes and restaurants. All of Pupe's recommendations were absolutely spot on!

A perfect stay beyond expectations! The house I stayed in really made me feel at home! The room is clean and tidy, very cozy and every detail shows the host's care. From the comfortable bedding to the fully equipped kitchen facilities, even the small items are very thoughtfully prepared, completely exceeding expectations! The host communicates in a super timely and friendly manner, patiently answering questions from booking to check-out. I will definitely choose this place again if I come to Chiang Mai again! Really nice place and great hosts. I'd recommend that you hire a car or bike if you stay here - it's a quiet and peaceful spot and very relaxing. The house is perfect for families - 3 seperate rooms, decent sized pool, pool table and darts, nice grounds etc. Highly recommended.
