We have stayed in other places in Mahabalipuram on many other occasions and this is by far the most modern accommodation in the area. The place was equipped with all-new features and facilities for long stays. It is easily walkable to the beach. The rooftop hot tub is a great bonus. Host was friendly and very cooperative.

Rahul's place is a nice about 500 sq ft one bed, hall. bath, kitchen flat, good enough for two or max three people. The best part of this property is the value Rahul leaves to the guest for the price he asks. The flat is reasonably new, with the interior decently made and with a neat and clean toilet. The bed room is fitted with a very efficient air conditioner. Remember, this is not a place where we get 5 star facilities and pay a 5 star price. This is a place where we get a 2 or 3 star facility for a 1 star price. A couple or a family of three can comfortably live here and can cook their own food, should they desire. The property is located about 2 to 3 KMs interior to the famous OMR in Chennai and that last 2 to 3 KMs is a motorable road but a bit congested during peak hours and parts of the road are narrow like about 15-20 feet width. Blindly select this property should you expect only personal visitors. Think over if you expect official visitors.

Felt like home, it was an wonderful stay, the view from the terrace is amazing, especially the hosts family was filled with hospitality .

The highlight of our stay was the amazing meals that were prepared for us, throughout our 5 day stay. Special mention about the host couple's young son who cooked us an entire dinner that was absolutely incredible! . Thank you. :) Peaceful and quiet location where the breeze can be heard blowing through the leaves! The hosts were very accommodating towards special requests and very hospitable and friendly in nature. Ours was a family stay and we enjoyed it. The calf, Dhana, who was part of the farm family, has managed to capture hearts. The dogs, cats and cow we met were all unique in character as well.
