House vacation rentals in Madras

We spent three nights (two families) and wished we could have stayed longer! We appreciated the two King en-suites for the adults and the Queen room for an adult child, as well as the kids bunk/play room over the garage. Everyone had their own space! Super comfortable and perfect for two to three families with kids. The house was just across the street from the pickleball/tennis courts and the pool/clubhouse and a 5 minute drive from the Village at Sunriver. The house had tons of “toys”and we used the canoe on the lake by the clubhouse. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook for our group as was well appointed and the open concept worked well for our group. Thanks Eric for the great stay! We will stay again!

Highly recommend the Birch Abode. Nice quiet location, but still only a short bike ride or drive from the central village and pool. The house was well clean and well equipped. We especially appreciated the excellent kitchen. We will definitely stay here again!

Beautiful ranch with wonderful hosts! Felt right at home in the juniper. We loved the location for easy access to Sisters or Bend. We cooked most of our meals there on the bbq, kitchen stocked with everything we needed! Very comfortable beds, everyone slept well. Loved listening to the evening frogs and morning birds. The pool was a highlight for sure. Felt very special to have this property to ourselves! Tracy and Bill are gracious and wonderful to talk to. Our family will be planning return trips in the years to come!

Right as you enter the area, the house is located in a quiet neighborhood. Great east walk to great spots. The host was nice and responsive.

We loved our stay! This was the perfect place for our family to celebrate Mother’s Day. The home had everything we needed and more. There were so many unique touches that we really enjoyed. We were also close to town and had bikes for the whole family. We will absolutely be back.

What a beautiful home, one of our favorites for sure. All of the little touches were so appreciated, from the soft cozy throw-blankets and extra pillows to the wonderful bedding, fully stocked kitchen and even a bottle of wine left for us. The view off the back deck is indescribable and the ability to walk into town and shop at the local shops, get coffee or even an evening walk for ice cream is perfect. I highly recommend this home, we shared it with my brother, his wife and their two little girls and it was plenty of space for all of us. it is exactly as described and even more.

Our family tries to spend time in Eagle Crest each year. We all felt like this home was our favorite!

We loved staying at this home just outside of Sisters Or. we would book it again, for sure! Clean, spacious, comfortable living quarters. Hot tub was a bonus 😊

This is the second time I have stayed at Adams place. It amazing. This is Terrebone, so be aware that the location is not close to Bend. We enjoyed visiting Smith Rock and star gazing at night. The property is far from Bend and Redmond so it has some great night skies. This was a great place for a gathering of friends and family. The kitchen is well stocked with pots, pans, and decent knives (rare find.) Living area is great for gathering at night to chat, play games, and snacks. Beds were all really comfy, even the bunk beds. Adam is a great host who on both visits has been incredibly responsive. If you are looking for a great stay w great views I highly recommend.

We stayed at Brett and Karen’s for 6 months while working a contract in Madras. We were very happy with the location and could walk to anything in downtown and the walking loop up the hill. Brett was extremely responsive when we had any questions. I would highly recommend this place for any journey to Central Oregon.

We loved everything about our stay here. The location is fabulous, the house beautiful and has everything you could need, and Carolyn was extremely accommodating about letting us check in a little early since it was ready, and then helping us with a forgotten item. We really hope to come back again for another visit!

We absolutely loved staying for the weekend here. Our pets enjoyed running around the yard so much they went to bed early each night. The kitchen was fully stocked and the beds were so comfy. I could go on and on listing all the positive feedback. We will definitely stay again if we are in the area.

What a gem! Had all we needed and more! Patricia was quick to respond when we had questions. Walkable to several parks that our kids loved. The place was clean and stocked with all the basics and even coffee and tea!

We used it as a recording studio for our podcast, and it couldn’t have been more perfect. The acoustics were excellent, the layout allowed for a smooth workflow, and the quiet surroundings made it ideal for focused recording sessions. The natural light and stylish decor created a great atmosphere, both for creative energy and for capturing stunning behind-the-scenes content. Beyond that, the hosts were incredibly thoughtful, ensuring we had everything we needed. The space was spotless, comfortable, and felt like a true retreat after long days of recording. If you’re looking for a place that blends functionality with inspiration—whether for work, creativity, or just relaxation—this is the one. We’ll absolutely be back!

We had a wonderful stay. The location is within walking distance of downtown Redmond, with coffee shops, a bookstore (we are big readers), and other amenities close by. While I stayed there this time with my elderly parents so we could visit some relatives in the area, I think Redmond is a great place for active people and this Airbnb is a great location for a quiet getaway or as a place to call home between hiking and other adventures.

Phillip's place was quiet, very comfortable, and perfect for a long holiday weekend centered on Smith Rock.

We had a great stay at Eric's chalet! It was very clean with modern furnishings and decor. When we realized some items were missing from the kitchen, he was very responsive and even hand delivered some pods for the coffee machine.

The cabin was great, comfy, and completely as described. The bed was amazing the views where awesome and sitting outside watching the stars with my special friend was the perfect end to the day.

This is a single floor updated house. It is simple, like your grandma maybe lived here. Clean, thoughtful, no clutter, beautiful yard and back porch. Really a good find!

This listing is one of the best I’ve ever stayed in. The design feels like it has personality. It’s not only thoughtful, eclectic, and stylish but still cozy enough to relax and enjoy the surroundings. The wrap around deck gives you an expansive view of nature including the peak of one of the Sister’s! The host was very responsive, friendly, and provided clear instructions for the stay. If you’re looking for a quiet retreat this is certainly the place!

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Rosy’s house. I was visiting my daughter and it was only 10min away, perfect. It was very tidy, had everything I needed and was such a cute little house 🙂 The house felt very cozy. The bed and bedding were so comfortable! I was able to get in the house easily.
