The property was located in a quiet neighborhood close to many restaurants and shopping. The beds were comfortable and the bedding was nice. The kitchen was well-stocked, and the Wi-Fi was sufficient.

The home was beautiful , the community was quiet and safe place to be.

When we walked in, we were surprised at how clean everything was. We were in town for our niece’s wedding and the house was perfect for easy access. It was quiet and offered a nice place to rest up away from all the frenzied preparations. The house is very well laid out with a large master suite. If it is available, I can see us making arrangements with Clay in the future.

Was there for 3+ months for work, place was nice and taken care of. private and quite. Even rode out some storms that came through, place was very secure, never felt unsafe at all.

This is a lovely guesthouse in a beautiful, serene setting. Laundry facilities and A/C were great to have for our week long stay. The decor is charming, comfortable, and designed to feel like home. We had great nights’ sleep in a super comfortable bed, on some of the softest linens I’ve slept on. Finally, Katherine was great. She responded immediately to questions and provided restaurant recommendations for us. Thanks for a great stay!

Harris Estates gave me the Royal Treatment for a 30th birthday celebration, I am so appreciative. It was clean, quiet, and really created an environment where we could feel comfortable enough to really unplug.

Pam was the consummate host from the beginning until we left. Her place is lovely, welcoming and the grounds are beautiful. We saw deer grazing in the yard and it was very peaceful. You would never guess you were less than a mile to shops and restaurants. She provides it all, well stocked kitchen, bathroom, cozy blankets and pillows, just like home! We would definitely stay again with Pam and will recommend her place to our friends. We look forward to our next trip to Madison! Thank you for the sweet memories!! Clara Dean Finley

Great place to stay will definitely stay again if I’m ever out there

This was the cutest little cottage! Well stocked with everything and in the perfect location! We will definitely be staying again.

Tammy’s place is THE VERY BEST! It feels like home. Beds are so comfortable. She has everything you need and a bonus ice maker! She even has dogs for mine to play with! You won’t find a better place to stay in the area! Every single piece of feedback from previous reviewers I noticed was addressed (there are curtains now, a stool for the tall beds if you need). They are super helpful hosts in every way. I hesitate to share how great it is, because I still need it for myself. 10/10 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
