About the place: Very homely place. All the amenities were available and clear instructions were given for check in. Space available for parking. Appliances were in working condition with the availability of iron, microwave, fridge, exhaust chimney etc. Clean and adequate linen was provided About the location: Very accessible and on the main road. Close to LAD square metro station and Ambazari lake. About the host: The host was very open with communication and responded to all our requirements. He personally took care of any issues that had to be resolved. Great place to stay for a family, especially with parents.

It was an ideal stay for a large family, with the added bonus of private access to the rooftop. The location is conveniently close to all major temples in Ujjain as well as the railway station. The caretaker was very helpful and responsive throughout our visit. A great place for families to stay while exploring Ujjain and nearby attractions.

Manoj is amazing host and has gone beyond commitment services. His hospitality and clear instructions helped allot. Villa is well maintained and has all the kitchen support needed. Truly recommended

Great house in a good location. Close to the airport and pink city. The pool was great for my son and filled to the requested height. I also requested chlorine so this is possible for others coming from overseas. The host was very responsive and I can't wait to stay again.

Alok is a wonderful host. As he told he is into hospitality business for quite sometime now so he has that inclination to serve and treat with the best. Really had a great time at Alok's place.

It was a good stay and the property was beautiful but i think there should have been more utensils since 8 people can stay at a time so i think there should be 8 pieces of common utensils and i didn’t really liked the utensils since they were not cleaned properly and there was nothing we can wash the dishes with. Overall it was a good experience.

The amenities available within this gated community are unmatched. The place was well maintained and our stay there was very comfortable.

Ashutosh homestay is great entire house to stay. It has full kitchen , internet exactly like in description. Area around the house is still in development. Host helped with auto/toto to go around the city to visit temples. Host is very helpful and suggested a local restaurant which we ordered via zomata and food was really good. Nice place to stay.

The stay was really nice and ayushi also made sure that everything was there. Even went 1 step further to get the AC fixed on the same day so that we dont have to suffer. I would recommend this place to everyone. It is really good place to stay with great ambience and good places to eat nearby.

Best place to stay around Neem Karoli baba ashram,Kasar devi (Almora) & Nainital. Most clean place with amazing folks to take care of you. Food was simply delicious. General Point to note: Nainital visit is dreadful if going by your own car, roads made inaccessible by police due to no parking available in core city which is true. From this place- visit before 6:45AM as no police barricades are there till 7AM. Else they tell you take 20 KMs route but still no guarantee.

very nice and calm place more importantly photo and reality is the same just car parking is little tricky but overall not issue with anything else host is great and responsive looks like calm, cool and composed

The stay was amazing, we were there to celebrate birthday and by the time we arrive there the host was already there to provide us with decorations and snacks and cake. the place is beautiful, the surroundings are peaceful. it's an amazing place for a peaceful stay. looking forward to be there guest again.

It’s was a warm cozy place , pranav was a great host . Would like to have some more great stays at his place .
