Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Maddens Plains

I highly recommend this property as it was stunning. My husband and I went away for two nights for a wedding and from the moment we walked into the door we felt so calm and both in awe at how beautiful the property was. So much thought has gone into this beautiful home and I think it’s one of our favourite spots we have stayed to date. The outside bath was our favourite along with the fireplace to help us relax. The host was great and check in was super easy. We could not fault one thing and we cannot to book again for a weekend reset. The perfect location for anyone wanting to slow down. We stayed as a couple but this place would be amazing to go with two other couples, a family or friends! Location was also great and walking distance into town.

It’s a gorgeous stay here! I wish I could stay more nights here! I love the design and style of the home and they got all I need inside with high qualities! Dan and Robyn are so helpful when i was freezing just arriving Blue Mountain at night and provided other tourists suggestions nearby. Love the location with 2 mins walk to Echo Point for view of three sister, “Three Sister Lodge” is right name! The Lookout and bus station is also just opposite from the house with restaurants and stores. Highly recommended!

Becky’s place was so lovely. My family only stayed one night because of a wedding but we wished we’d stayed longer. The house was spacious, clean and most of all warm! The central heating and layers of bedding was the cherry on top during the cold nights/ mornings. It also had the added extra of a cute Shetland pony nearby to watch. I’d definitely here stay again.

We had a lovely stay ay Marty and Jade's house in Austinmer. The home was divided into 3 pavilions linked by short covered walkways. This gave us an increased sense of space as noise didn't travel between each of the pavilions. The kitchen was well equipped and the lounge and dining areas comfortably seated us all. The bedrooms worked well for our group of 8, the kids enjoyed the bunkroom, each having a bottom bunk each and the big drawers under each of their beds were great to keep the room tidy (though their drawers were messy!). For people with small kids, it is good to be aware that the bunkroom is in a separate pavilion to the two other bedrooms, but for older kids like ours this was fine. The two other bedrooms were comfortable for the adults and the bathrooms were also modern and comfortable. We didn't use the pool as the weather was cool, but it was cleaned during our stay and looked inviting. We had a great stay, thank you!

We had a fantastic stay at Tim and Caitlin’s. The deck area is huge, with the view looking out to the fields just magical in the afternoon. Plenty of room inside, with a big table and couches and a kitchen with all necessary cooking equipment. We’ll definitely be back! Thanks so much for hosting us.

We had such a wonderful time at Milkwood Barn. The space is beautifully designed, and my kids absolutely loved the treehouse! It was also so convenient being just a short drive from Berry, such a perfect spot for a little getaway.

I had a weekend away with 5 of my friends and we loved the home and the property. There was an array of herbs and citrus fruit we picked from the garden for our cooking. The garden was plentiful and fun to explore. The house was well equipped and we loved all the eco touches. We spent alot of time sitting by the fire and comfy couches. You don’t really need to leave

Gorgeous amenities, comfy beds and toasty warm fireplace all added to a restful and peaceful stay. Kitchen is well equipped for a home cooked meal and a night in. Warm and cozy. Heated towel rails. The gardens and surrounds simply stunning. Everything and more you could want for a perfect get away. Off street parking - easy. Thanks so much for a lovely stay. We really appreciated the little library and mags to read.

Great place, I won’t hesitate to recommend. Chris was very friendly. Even informed us when the place was ready for us so we could check in early. Easy check in, with no fuss keypad entry. Suitable for couples. No room for kids. Bathroom was spacious. Very comfy sofa to put your feet up and watch tv. Lovely spot. Short walk to Spit Rd and buses to the city. Clontarf Reserve is a very pretty spot with a lovely marina/cafe extending over the water. Shops are a short drive away.

Our stay at Shane's apartment was excellent! Shane was helpful and responsive from the get go and directions/check-in instructions were clear and easy to follow. The apartment was clean, tidy and homey, with all the essential amenities and more. The Parsley Bay area was absolutely stunning, with beautiful views and peaceful surrounds. It is an easy walk to Watson's Bay for seafood or a ferry ride--bus stop right outside the apartment. We really enjoyed our stay, would highly recommend staying here to others and can't wait to return.

We loved our stay at Elise’s place . The unit was spacious , clean , close to the beach and restaurants . We took our dog which was amazing as Elise’s place has a private grass area he could run around and play . We will definitely be back

Maria's Little Gem is just that, a little gem. Everything you could want for a quiet overnight or a long stay. It's a short distance from Bowral CBD which is nice to have the quiet :)

My partner and I enjoyed a lovely two night stay at Anna's place. This lovely spot is situated within just minutes of walking distance to some incredible dining and bars. So quick and easy to wander off on foot to check out the local shops and cafes without any hassles. Anna had arranged ahead of time for our expectated arrival and had the heating and lights on ready and waiting for us! The texted instructions and fair lit up walkways was a spectacular sight on arrival. There were also so many small welcoming touches that made it just fabulous from the hand written note, to the fresh fruit biscuits, chocolates and flowers and essentials like English muffins and milk! The space is cozy and so well laid out and furnished with a very much at home vibe. We would absolutely stay again! Anna is a fabulously friendly and welcoming host and the place is so cozy and cared for!

I loved everything about my stay. Beautiful and comfortable home with lots of character. Felt like I was at home. The area is one of my favourites and didn’t disappoint. I would definitely love to stay again.

One of the Best Airbnbs I’ve Stayed In This place stands out as one of the best Airbnb stays I’ve ever had. The space is generous and beautifully arranged, offering a calm and welcoming atmosphere from the moment you arrive. Everything was perfectly prepared to ensure a smooth and comfortable stay. The kitchen was fully stocked with every utensil and tool you could possibly need, far beyond the usual basics. There were even thoughtful extras, like umbrellas and a welcome gift, which added a personal touch that made a real difference. We felt completely at ease throughout our time there. Every detail had been considered, which made the whole experience effortless and enjoyable. I would absolutely recommend this stay to anyone looking for a well-equipped, beautifully maintained home away from home.

Debbie's place was such a perfect space and location to spend a weekend in Bowral. The apartment feels more like a house as it was very spacious yet cosy, with two separate living areas, all the amenities you would need (and more). We loved the fireplace, fully stocked kitchen and supply of books and boardgames which made us feel right at home. Set on a quiet street, only 10 mins walk intow town, the location was also perfect. Thank you Debbie, we hope to be able to stay again in future!

First time in Australia, and what a way to start! We had a great stay in the Bowral area, the house ticked every box we had – location / size / amenities to name a few; it was close (walking 2min) to where we needed to be daily - Milton Park Hotel, and all comms with Sara went very well, with assistance on any queries we had – sometimes on a daily basis! Georgia's place in Moss Vale is superb for large families and groups of friends. This was our second visit and as delightful as the first. The home is in a stunningly beautiful and serene setting, and the place itself is decorated and feels like a true home away from home. Georgia is a great host, and nothing was too much trouble, always responsive and friendly.

All I want to say is..Thank you to Barranca Team that allowed us to stay at they truly amazing facility/villa Jacaranda, perfect place to escape from the city traffic and everyday routine /rush to relax and recharge. The facilities were fantastic and exactly what we needed. The home was spacious and furnished comfortably, and the amenities were clean and well looked after. truly a beautiful stay. the home was clean, comfortable and homely. spending nights by the fire place rugged up watching movies to listening to the nature in the mornings upon waking up, this place gives you a piece of home away from home. Peter was extremely easy to speak with and very helpful with any questions that needed answering, he was attentive and friendly. the amenities were nothing short of fantastic with everything you need. the only thing you need to bring is yourself, some food/drinks and you are all set to relax and enjoy the stunning property and it’s amazing views. will definitely be back to stay and try out another one of the lovely homes on the estate! We had the best time during our stay at The Hidden Door Villa. This property has a luxurious vibe while being so warm and inviting. Peaceful place to get away and relax while also being a short walk to most restaurants, boutiques, shops, cafes etc. Would highly recommend Jo and Greg’s property to anyone taking a trip to Bowral.
