Our home is tucked away off of Washington Street and feels secluded though we are walking distance to downtown Dover. Our home was built as a warehouse 100 years ago and was converted to a residence in 2009. The apartment has a separate entrance from the rest of the house and has a private deck. The space is light and airy, both rustic and contemporary, with old floors and exposed rafters. We are a short walk to restaurants and bars, and the train to Boston or Portland, Maine.

Rooms include bedroom, private bathroom, and sitting room/art studio with a sofa bed. 10 minutes from University of New Hampshire, and 30 minutes from Portsmouth. Small refrigerator, coffee maker and electric kettle. Nearby hiking, pickle-ball, tennis. In winter, 1 hour to downhill ski, cross country nearby. This property is a working farm and greenhouse business, with CSA vegetable gardens. All are welcome.

We stayed with friends that we haven't seen in six years. House is spotlessly clean. Everything you need is provided for. Only a half hour to Portsmouth and 20 minutes to Dover. At the end of the day we loved sitting on the porch and listening to the birds and watching the sun go down across the fields. Would stay again if in the area.

We were looking for a place close to Hampton Beach and this airbnb exceeded our expectations. It was about a 25 minute ride from the boardwalk and it was perfect for us, especially because we were just there for a show over night. The place was clean, comfortable, quiet and felt homey. We will definitely be staying again when visiting the area.
