A fully equipped, medium sized, 1 bedroom apartment (part of a family VILLA). There are few number of listings in Madaba with AC (HOT&COLD) and our house is one of them. Important note: Gas heaters can't be used for a long period of time or overnight. Our location in a nice nieghborhood with a high accessibility to tourist spots, Markets, restaurants, and health facilities. It's 2nd floor apartment with no elevator, a shared entrance with only two other apartment including the family house.

Modern and cozy apartment with a great location

Marhaba, you are welcome to stay at my cozy apartment which is located at a lower level of my house. That means I will be available for any help :-). The flat is located in a safe area close to shops and bakeries but still feels very quit and relaxing. You can find easily a free parking on the street. Homemade meals are provided on request for a fair price. You can enjoy having your breakfast on the outside table next to the olive tree.

The space of Hani is a perfect base for Madaba, Umm ar-Rasas and various hightlights around the Dead Sea. The house is located in a quiet rural setting. Communication with Hani is easy even though he was not there himself. Hussam certainly is a good and helpful housekeeper. He has a shop right next to the house, making him very easy to reach. The house is equipped with everything you need. Not everyone may like the beds, as they are quite firm. For us however, it was okay. We had great days there and can only warmly recommend the place.

Ayham è un host perfetto. Ci ha fatto lasciare i bagagli nell’appartamento prima del check-in e ha risposto a tutte le nostre richieste per avere consigli su come spostarsi nella zona. L’appartamento meriterebbe dieci stelle, se si potessero dare. È grande, arredato benissimo e con gusto, pulito e ordinato. In cucina c’è tutto il necessario, compresi dolcetti, tè, caffè, acqua. Se venite a Madaba non fatevi scappare l’opportunità di alloggiare in questo appartamento, non vorrete più andarvene. Grazie Ayham

had a wonderful stay in Madaba! The place was cozy, clean, and had everything I needed for a comfortable visit. The host was incredibly welcoming and helpful, offering great local tips and making sure I felt at home throughout my stay. The location was perfect just a short walk from the main attractions and restaurants, yet peaceful and quiet at night. I especially appreciated the authentic Jordanian touches in the decor, which made the experience even more special. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting Madaba, and I’d love to come back again! Shoukran Rashed!

Mohammed è un ottimo padrone di casa! Gentile, educatissimo, disponibile, simpatico, pronto a dare consigli, ce la mette tutta affinché il viaggio dei suoi ospiti sia perfetto. Mohammed è un ragazzo con la mentalità aperta al confronto, è innamorato della sua cultura di cui parla volentieri usando un ottimo inglese. Durante la mia permanenza ho avuto un piccolo problema di salute e ho ricevuto aiuti spontanei non richiesti ma molto apprezzati. La stanza è molto spaziosa e pulita. L'alloggio, dal vivo, è più confortevole di come appare in foto, i servizi funzionano tutti. Lo spazio esterno, sempre fresco perché sotto le piante (splendidamente in fiore, al momento della mia visita) è perfetto per rilassarsi a fine giornata. Sul retro ci sono i fili per stendere il bucato, servizio molto utile per chi viaggia come me con un bagaglio minimal. Consiglio caldamente di soggiornare qui, noi ci siamo trovati molto bene.
