This abundantly spacious home shares a quiet, private access to the Sand Dunes beach within the subdivision. Also less than one half mile away are miles and miles of the Sand Dunes Hiawatha hiking trails. Recreations can also use the Round Lake Road trail head within 2 miles and can plan any trip desired from this point.

One twin and a queen are on the first floor. Please consider there are Very Narrow steps to 2nd level. Cottage isn’t childproof. Cottage isn’t suitable if guest has mobility challenges. Lake dock is shared. Tall side to get into the soaking depth bath tub/shower.
