The building has gym, 24-hour rooftop pool, and a sports bar with a billiards table. There is common parking in front of the condo on a 1st come 1st serve basis + additional parking lot across the street. This is a fully-fitted 1-bedroom apartment with easy check-in, 2 x Netflix TVs, 200Mbps Fibre Optic Internet, 1 x King-size bed, one fold-up single bed and a comfy couch!
