Located in Nohant, less than 5 minutes from the Romanesque chapels and medieval castles, as well as the amenities offered by the town of La Châtre, Le Repaire du Moulin Neuf is unique in that it is the authentic “home” of the heroine of the novel “La Petite Fadette” and its entrance is at the foot of the path used by George Sand and her famous friends. The 18th century Berry house, renovated in 2022 "21st century style", is bathed in a bright green setting bordered by the Moulin Neuf and the INDRE.

For the peace seeker and the nature lover, we rent our gîte, "La Piqûre", in the northern part of the Creuse, about 300 km south of Paris, with a fabulous view over the hills and clean air. It is located in a small "hameau" and is on a quiet unpaved road. At the bottom of the hill flows La petite Creuse. The gîte is full of comforts and also a good base for hiking, cycling or motorbike tours. A 15-minute drive away, there is a swimming/recreational lake.

Nestled in the heart of a 2-hectare property, in a green and enchanting setting, Alphonsine's house is composed of 2 bedrooms, living room and kitchen as well as a bathroom. The first bedroom has a large bed for 2 people and the second has 2 beds for 1 person. An outdoor area with a barbecue available enhances this place steeped in history. Formerly a grain store, this house was converted into a dwelling in the 1940s.
