Skipperhuset

🏡 Skipperhuset is the oldest house on our family farm Birkenes located in Farsund municipality. The Skipper House was built in the 19th century and has been rehabilitated several times, most recently in the spring of 2021. In collaboration with a local painting company, we are working to make the house as authentic as possible, including wallpapering the living room, kitchen and hallway with skipper house wallpaper and linseed oil paint to preserve wood, etc. The Skipperhuset has a natural place on the farm and is located wall to wall with the brewery house which has a renovated baker's oven.

Modern Functionalist house in scenic Viga in Spind for rent. The house was built in 2018 and is to a high standard. The first floor has an entrance hall, laundry room, bathroom, TV room with sofa bed and three bedrooms with two single beds in each room. On the second floor, you will find a large kitchen and living room area with a dining area and TV corner, as well as the master bedroom with a double bed and private bathroom. Gluba Treetop Cabins "Elgposten"

Large treetop cabin with space for 10 guests. The cabin is located from 4 to 12 meters above the ground, as it is located by a small cliff. Beautiful natural surroundings with a short walking distance to the lake where you can borrow canoes, swim or barbecue in the lean-to. The cabin is located on the edge of a small cliff, so here you get a good feeling of height. The cabin is well insulated, equipped with a wood stove, small kitchen with everything you need, indoor toilet and 3 bedrooms as well as a loft with room for 3 people. 60m away is Harkmark's observation tower

Residence with private beach line and large outdoor area. Good sun conditions in summer with sun from early morning to approx. 8 pm in summer. With the possibility of renting a boat in the boathouse in the garden (20 ft and 60 hp trailer) with access to a slipway, kayak and paddle board. Perfect for summer activities. At the boathouse there is a jetty with a bathing ladder. The house has two bedrooms. Double bed in one and double bed with bunk in the other. The property is located 4 km from the center of Lyngdal. 3 km from Sørlandsbadet. 8 km from Handelsparken.
