All instruction were very detailed and easy to follow. The location was beautiful and the property was prestige. Cooking in the kitchen was easy, everything was within arms reach and easy to find. The center of town was cute and had some nice local shops. There was planet of restaurants in the area and grocery stores were also close. 5-stars for sure for the property and the property managements My family and I will certainly look for this property again if we are staying the the Amherst area.

Incredible hosts, well implemented security system. adorable decor and clean space. complimentary k cups and towels available. adjustable thermostat, directions to near trails were provided which was super convenient and appreciated. overall a great, noninvasive stay, would definitely stay again.

Such an amazing place to stay - easy to get to surrounding towns and local attractions but the physical location and the space lends itself to such a beautiful tranquility and peace we could feel ourselves relaxing the minute we got out of the car. Everything we could have wanted was provided, including a washer and dryer, the beds were so very comfortable, and being able to soak in the hot tub beneath the stars after a long day was just an added bonus. We were so grateful to be able to be in this space for about a week and hope to be able to rerun in the future!

Had a wonderful, tranquil time at Eli's guesthouse! Eli was really easy to communicate with and available if I needed anything. The place was exactly as it was depicted in the photos. I'd recommend some light hiking at Joe English Reservation not too far away (which Eli recommended).

Great stay! Very quiet and peaceful. My dogs really loved it! Amy was communicative, friendly, and gave us clear instructions. The place was very clean! The outhouse is well maintained. The farm stand nearby awesome and well supplied with firewood. For about an hour at dusk the mosquitos were swarming, cant hurt to pack a little bug spray just incase. We would definitely return to this great spot!

Well-stocked kitchen, comfy beds with all-cotton sheets, beautiful birds and plants all around. Scott is delightful and interesting, available for conversation when we wanted and also plenty of privacy. We'll definitely be returning!

beautiful spacious home, privately secluded in the woods with all the kitchen tools you could need. plenty of seating throughout the house, creating many uniquely catered spaces throughout the home. the 2 office spaces and plenty of closet / shelf space was an appreciated bonus. The kind host even has a few "in case you forgot" items to ensure your stay is peaceful and that you're cared for! They are a responsive, accommodating, and very friendly host. Thank you!
