Monthly Rentals in Lykens

5/5 recommend. Very clean, quiet, safe, and nice. An issue I had was with the host making it effectively impossible for me to extend my stay after he had promised me to extend. So NEVER plan on extending your stay. He also would constantly threaten me with a $250 cleaning fee if I scratched the floor or didn't clean the toilet etc. I recommend just budgeting that money into your stay (even though you probably won't have to pay it) or else the constant threats will get on your nerves. But overall, a pleasant and nice stay, a good choice.

We had a great stay at the farmhouse! The house was super clean and cozy, and the property was beautiful. Our kids had such a fun time, especially getting to see the animals. We were really looking forward to trying the fresh farm eggs (the listing and check-in info mentioned they were available), so we didn’t bring any with us. I messaged the host asking for 10 dozen to take home, and they said they could bring us one dozen, which was totally fine—but we never heard back after that. We also asked about meeting the animals but didn’t get a reply. Luckily, our kids went up to the owners and asked, and they were nice enough to let them pet the goats. Overall, we really enjoyed our time there and would definitely come back. Just wish the communication had been a little better. Still a 5-star stay for us!

Great place to stay.

It's a very cozy and beautiful place located in the middle of beautiful rural country. If you are looking for a place to relax and wind down this is it. It was truly a pleasure to drive around the little roads and look at the beautiful landscapes. When we arrived, there was a plate with freshly baked cookies on the kitchen table. They tasted like glory after a very hard traveling day. The house was extremely clean. We slept very comfortably. Ms. Barbara took care of all our needs and concerns immediately and we got to meet her at the end of our stay which was really nice! I'm going to refer this place to all our friends that need to travel to the area. I highly recommend it.
