Small air-conditioned wooden house

Small independent wooden house on 2 levels (28 m2 in total), behind our own house. Parking in front of the house. 100 m from shops, 150 m from the bus stop. Given the small surface area, it is more suitable for 2 people (but 4 beds possible (140/190 bed on the 1st floor + 140/190 sofa bed on the ground floor, small children's convertible). Broadband internet but no TV! Sheets and towels provided as well as basic products (condiments, coffee, tea, household products, toilet paper, etc.)

The location of the studio on one level in the olive field makes it a preserved and particularly peaceful location. Adjoining the main house, but totally independent, the studio has its special access and the enjoyment of the garden all around. 15 minutes from the center of Aix, but also 5 minutes from the village of Luynes (1 km) where you can find the essential shops. Bus service 200m away. You will find at your disposal in the studio guides, maps and works on the area.
