Very nice apartment in the heart of the Mazarin district, historic center, on the 1st floor of a well-maintained listed building, quiet, garden view, very bright and crossing, north/south facing, 4 m under ceiling, a large living room with American kitchen, a large bedroom with king size bed and a bedroom with double bed, as well as a double bed on mezzanine. A bathroom and a shower room. Recently renovated, tiled floors, very high-end bedding, stylish furniture, premium amenities.

Ideally located on a quiet street of the city center, my duplex apartment offers all the comfort you need to explore Aix and the region: yoga room, projector, AC, private parking. The "rue d'Italie" is down the street where you will have access to some of the best food stores in Aix (see my addresses in my guide book!). The duplex is in a three story building. The first floor (rez-de-chaussé) is used by a contemporary art center, which makes it feel like you are in a town house.

Located in Luynes, 5 km from the center of Aix-en-Provence, this 25 m2 studio is very popular with our guests. It is arranged to accommodate a couple or 2 people separately thanks to a second bed (quality sofa bed). If you are coming with a child, they must know how to swim because our swimming pool (not intended for guests) is secured by a cover that remains open during the summer. You will find in the studio: washing machine, dishwasher, refrigerator, TV, air conditioning...
