Located on the third floor of the building, this is a great option for mid to large sized groups. Spread over two floors, and connected by an outdoor patio, the space is open and rooms are large. Beds are comfortable and the kitchen has all you need to prepare meals. Daniel was a great communicator and friendly. The wifi was strong and it's a 5-10 minute straight walk to the main plaza. There is an events centre downstairs, however noise was never an issue.

Excellent, good attention, with friendly and cordial treatment. We recommend it, it's like dating in the listing. We were very grateful for the pleasant stay.

Strategic location in the Chachapoyas. Beautiful views of the mountains around. Beautiful room. Nice host, always ready to help. Cons: bathroom has noticeable smell in some days, depending on the weather and wind. No refrigerator in the room. Internet sometimes unstable but in average speed is Ok.

Wonderful place, best view of Gocta waterfall from the bed, surrounded by a beautiful garden. Breakfast and supper were delicious. Very comfortable and staff is friendly indeed.

When we arrived we found out the place was different than we thought. It was smaller and we were a group of 5. We didn't take a closer look at this ourselves because we thought it was multiple rooms. Cindy welcomed us and immediately sought a solution for us. This solution was ultimately perfect for us. The location is beautiful. The garden in the stay is magnificent. It is a bit further from the center but with a taxi you are at Plaza de Armas for 5 minutes in 5 minutes. We had a great time.

A good place to work and rest, highly recommended

It was excellent! Carmen was quick to respond and very helpful! She arranged our airport transportation and kept up with our arrival. She gave great advice for Gocta waterfall and suggested a route which was much better than what we had planned. She also helped arrange a last-minute trip to Cerro El Tigre which is not easy, it requires some planning, but worth it! Their cook, Judith, was phenomenal! We planned to eat dinner there one night then explore the town restaurants, but Judith’s food was so good we ended up eating there 3 of our 4 nights! The last night they treated us to dinner by the fire pit. Dinner was about double the town prices, but so worth it for the quality, service and ambiance. Lodge #3 was comfortable and peaceful. Loved sitting on the patio with a view of the waterfall. The bathroom was a dream. Best shower we had in our 3-week trip. Water is a precious commodity, so we used the shower sparingly, but the hot water was fabulous after a long day of hiking.

We were greeted in a very friendly way in a heavenly and quiet place. It's a lookout. The magical sunset view embellished our stay. The kitchen is very well equipped, nothing missing. There is indeed hot water in the bathroom, which is appreciable because it is not always hot in Chachapoyas. This city is surprising. It does not resemble any other of all those we visited in Peru. I therefore recommend coming to visit Chachapoyas and being welcomed in Dany's cabin. He is a courteous host who gave us a lot of places to visit. Communication was present and fluid because Dany speaks English in addition to Spanish.

Lois and Darwin are good hosts. Always attentive and friendly to any questions. They have flexible check-in times, which helped us a lot to avoid being stranded after arriving in the city.

Our stay at Hollly House was everything we hoped it would be. The house was very comfortable and had everything we needed for a month long stay. It is an easy walk into town and there are a couple small markets within the community for necessities. Maribel was very responsive to any issues or questions that we had. The neighborhood was very safe and quiet. And the town itself is beautiful and very safe as well. We 100% loved our stay and I hope we can come back.

My stay at the place was just great. From the first moment, Khaterin's service was friendly, quick and very professional. The space was impeccable, well-equipped and with all the details thought out to make you feel at home. The location was ideal, and every aspect of the experience exceeded my expectations. Llina's place was excellent. It was cozy and comfortable. Great location- close to the centro and tour companies. Llina was very responsive and friendly. We would gladly stay there again.
