Biography…
Larry and Reina, husband and wife, have embarked on developing a cultural short-term rental business since 2016. Our goal is not just to share culture with our guests but provide a good working opportunity for local families in terms of a positive work environment. The first property, Casa Lorenzo is located in Puerto Vallarta, MX. The property was entirely renovated to adapt to the culture in its interior design, services offered, and activities provided to guests. “We are wanting to share the Mexican culture with our guests in terms of food, design, and activities offered. We continue to have not only the same staff at Casa Lorenzo since the very beginning but have expanded the number of our employees as demand has increased.
In 2022 we decided to carry the concept to Reina’s home country of Costa Rica. We selected Tamarindo, Guanacaste Costa Rica for our next investment and found this opportunity, Casa La Reina. The villa, only 5 ½ years in age, has been entirely redone with the help of a local Costa Rican interior designer. Much of the furniture has been made by local Costa Rican artisans, typical of the culture. The level of services offered at Casa La Reina is to be on par with Casa Lorenzo, a 5-star property. We are excited to bring this property on board and look forward to continuing our success in the short-term rental business.
