UNIQUE IN PARIS! A genuine country house in the heart of old Paris, with a large private garden and heated swimming pool.

This 350m2 18th-century house, completely renovated in 2016 in a warm, contemporary style, can accommodate up to 11 people (5 bedrooms in the main house and one bedroom in the garden). In addition, on certain dates, a 25m2 studio flat in the courtyard can be rented (€690/night) There is also a gym.

Inside, your dinner parties will benefit from the open concept layout and easy indoor/outdoor flow. And, the media room is perfect for movie nights with the kids. 

This house comes with 1 parking space, which is especially helpful in Paris. Before you head out to explore the city, start your day with a long, soothing soak in the primary ensuite’s deep bathtub. If you’re home for the day, catch up on some reading by the fireplace or stretch out in a sun lounger by the pool.

Paris is well decorated with some of the World’s most important landmarks. If you haven’t been yet, the Louvre, Arc de Triomphe, and the Eiffel Tower are all must-sees. If those are a little too obvious, stay in the Latin Quarter and explore Shakespeare & Company, one of the most famous bookstores on the planet. For dinner, the Bastille neighborhood is absolutely packed with incredible restaurants and bars.
