The space
This spectacular villa is perched above a pristine beach at the southernmost tip of Bali’s Buket Peninsula, with truly breathtaking views of the Indian Ocean. Situated within the private Asmara Estate, the villa is within walking distance of Timbis Cliffs and about five kilometers from Nusa Dua town. Resort-style features include a superb infinity pool, in-residence spa facilities, a game room, and a fabulous private staff including a talented chef. The three-story villa includes five bedroom suites—four with king beds, one with two twins—making it an ideal choice for destination wedding guests, large groups of friends, or unforgettable family reunions.

The contemporary architectural masterwork balances top-of-the-line comforts with traditional Balinese influences, harmonizing beautifully with the timeless seaside setting. Multiple outdoor living areas form an ideal venue for festive occasions or serene relaxation in utter privacy. Relish a refreshing dip in the swimming pool and bask on comfortable sunbeds. Sip cocktails in the shaded pavilion and gather for alfresco meals in pergola, cooled by afternoon shadows or illuminated by beautiful lanterns.

The terrace flows gracefully into the villa’s luminous interiors, where a superb guest kitchen serves a lovely open-plan living area with lounge and dining table overlooking the terrace and sea. The entertainment room with balcony is well appointed for nighttime fun, while the exquisite den inspires serene concentration. The lower floor includes the spa and fitness center, featuring a wide array of treatments and equipment to choose from.

All five bedrooms enjoy ocean views and ensuite bathrooms. Each of the king suites opens to a private balcony, while the twin bedroom borders the terrace. The superb master suite features a jetted tub in its bathroom, and there are soaking tubs in the bathrooms attached to two of the guest suites.

The beach beneath you is ideal for swimming and snorkeling, with a coral reef creating a safe sanctuary of gentle waters. Walk about half-kilometer to the paragliding at Timbis Cliff, or enjoy a chauffeured ride to Nusa Dua town or Bali National Golf Club. Families will enjoy Pirates Bay and Jimbaran Beach (famed for its seafood), while Uluwatu Temple offers a profound experience of Bali's spiritual heritage.
