This is one of the most prestigious Lake Tahoe locations with access to many restaurants, ski areas and of course right on the beautiful Shore of Lake Tahoe. We not only have a private dock for your exclusive use, but there is also a buoy for you to use during your stay that will accommodate up to a 36 foot boat. There is also a rubber sided tender to go back-and-forth to your boat and access to standup boards, kayaks, and many other lake toys.

Boasts a private pier, swim platform, and fire pit. 200 feet of lake frontage at this secluded villa. Newly built Tahoe manor, designed with the D.L.Bliss architecture in mind.

Awake to panoramic lake and mountain views from the main bedroom with 180° Lake Tahoe view.

Play shuffleboard in the games room or billiards in the Great room with an impressive leather bound Library for your Reading pleasure.

• Shuffleboard table, pool table, ping-pong table a fire pit, three barbecues and a total of two houses, one of them has been redone, but was originally built in the 1920s. The main house was completed in 2014.

OUTDOOR FEATURES
Numerous decks, outside dining with built-in heaters. A hot tub on the lake, a boat ramp.

STAFF & SERVICES
Our manager will perform concierge services such as setting up private chef services and shopping prior to arrival. They will also be able to handle boat rentals, jet ski rentals, excursions and so on.
