With four luxurious en-suite bedrooms, a saltwater infinity pool, and panoramic views of the Mediterranean, this exceptional home offers a peaceful escape with direct access to Ibiza’s renowned beach scene.

Set on a quiet hillside, the villa enjoys complete privacy and uninterrupted views over pine-covered slopes to the glittering turquoise waters below. Just a short walk from the celebrated Blue Marlin beach club, it offers the ideal balance of serenity and proximity to lively beachside dining and entertainment.

The outdoor areas are designed to impress, featuring a large sun terrace with shaded seating and dining areas, a fully equipped summer kitchen, and a rooftop chill-out space offering yet more spectacular views. Relax by the saltwater infinity pool on a daybed or sun lounger, or unwind in the shaded lounge built under fragrant pines.

Inside, the open-plan living and dining areas flow seamlessly to the pool terrace, with large windows framing the beautiful sea views. The stylish kitchen is fully equipped and ideal for home entertaining or chef-prepared meals. A Sonos sound system operates throughout, with additional amenities including a home gym and table football for added fun.

- Bedroom 4 – Double bed (160 x 200), en-suite bathroom, outdoor access, sofas, air conditioning, safe, hairdryer, and Sonos sound system.

Guests have full private access to the entire villa, including all indoor and outdoor spaces, the infinity pool, gardens, private terraces, and parking.

Please note that check-in is from 4 PM and check-out is by 10 AM, unless agreed otherwise in advance. The exact villa address will be shared 24 hours before arrival for security reasons.

We recommend hiring a car to make the most of your stay which we can help arrange.

Housekeeping is included with daily cleaning from Monday to Saturday, and optional Sunday service available upon request.

Linen and towels are refreshed twice weekly, on Wednesdays and Saturdays, to ensure maximum comfort.

Standard check-in is from 16:00 and check-out is by 10:00.

Children are welcome at the villa.

Please note: an eco-tax of €2.20 per person, per night will be added to the final price.
