Casa Koko comes fully staffed with our wonderful House Manager, Chef, sous chef, waiters, and housekeepers. The villa also includes two 6-seat golf carts, bicycles, a fully equipped gym, and a stunning spa with massage beds, a steam room, and a relaxing outdoor bathtub.
For food & beverages, we will present a final expenses report at the end of your stay. The total will be deducted from the USD 15,000 security deposit that must be paid a month before arrival.
There is a 16.6% Service fee applied to the net rate and a 15% Shopping fee applied to food & beverages expenses.
Access to Punta Mita's beach clubs is subject to a fee calculated based on the number of adults and children.
