The space

Part of the Garza Blanca Preserve Resort and Spa near Puerto Vallarta, the suite boasts panoramic views of the Pacific and a location just steps from a postcard-worthy beach. Spend your stay relaxing in the spacious open-plan living areas or take advantage of the resort’s shared pool, restaurants and more.
Start your days at the Penthouse with a coffee at the lounge area on the private wraparound terrace while checking in via Wi-Fi, then enjoy a soak in the jetted tub or a nap in the hammock. Head to the shared infinity pool or beach for a workout, the fitness and wellness centers for a workout or the tennis and squash courts for a game. Though guests enjoy access to the resort’s restaurants, you can also opt to finish the day with a meal at the suite’s private al-fresco dining area, a cocktail from the wet bar and a movie at the entertainment center.
An open-plan layout and luxurious finishes give the Penthouse a generous, modern feel. The great room, which encompasses living room, dining room and kitchen, opens completely to the terrace at one end through sliding glass doors, so you can listen to the ocean while reading, snacking or cooking. Cream-colored marble and travertine surfaces and dark native-wood furnishings in the great room create an ambience that’s elegant yet comfortable, and a fully equipped kitchen with breakfast bar makes meal prep a breeze.
Each of the three bedrooms in the Penthouse has a king bed, en-suite bathroom and lounge area, and opens to the terrace. Larger parties or families with children will find a sofa bed in the living room as well. Like the great room, the bedrooms and bathrooms have rich stone finishes and a soothing cream color scheme.
Plan to fly into Puerto Vallarta International Airport, a 12-mile drive from the resort. Once you’ve arrive at Garza Blanca, you’re just over a quarter-mile from Conchas Chinas Beach, less than a half-mile from Los Muertos Beach and about 3 miles from Playa Camarones. You’ll find dining and nightlife in downtown Puerto Vallarta, 6 miles away, a place to lower your handicap at Nuevo Vallarta Golf Course, just under 14 miles away and a quiet spot for an afternoon stroll at the Vallarta Botanical Gardens, 14 miles away.
