Front-row views of fairway and ocean unfold from outside this Mediterranean-style villa at LA's only oceanside resort. Built in 2008, contemporary interiors spill out onto brick terraces and a courtyard fireplace, and vaulted beams over arched windows go elegant. Retreat to the private loggia, ease into the hot tub, and stroll to nearby resort amenities like pools, bars, tennis, and banquet halls.
