The space
Located in a secluded area between San José and Cala Jondal, this contemporary Ibizan property combines modern design with a private, natural setting. Surrounded by mature pines and tall palms, the clean architectural lines of the villa are softened by the landscaped grounds, which include sculpted lawns and curated outdoor features.
A 25-metre infinity pool sits at the heart of the property, drawing water from its own well and offering heating during cooler months (€300 per day). The pool is visible from all rooms and is bordered by loungers, shaded areas, and views through the trees to the Mediterranean.
The outdoor spaces include a large jacuzzi for up to ten people, a pétanque pitch, contemporary sculpture installations, and an open-air cinema. A beach-style terrace set under the pines features white sand, a professional bar, and seating for up to 30 people. Additional outdoor dining and lounge areas are arranged across wide terraces and garden zones.
Inside, the interiors are finished with natural wood flooring and modern fixtures, balancing a clean aesthetic with warmth and functionality. The layout ensures privacy for all sleeping areas, with every bedroom offering direct outdoor access and an ensuite bathroom.

Guest access
Guests have full private access to the entire villa, including all indoor and outdoor spaces, the infinity pool, gardens, private terraces, and parking.
Other things to note
The lead guest will be required to provide a copy of their passport at the time of booking, along with the completion of our Guest Information Form.
To comply with the legal requirements for All Spanish Tourist Accommodations (Spanish Royal Decree 933/2021), each guest who is of the age 14 or over will be requested to complete a Guest Traveller Form. Adults can complete this on behalf of a traveling child between 14 to 18, but must provide their relationship to the child. Check-in to the property may be declined if the requested information is not provided prior to arrival.
Please note that check-in is from 4 PM and check-out is by 10 AM, unless agreed otherwise in advance. The exact villa address will be shared 48 hours before arrival for security reasons.
