This designer Duplex, completely renovated facing the forest (180 m2) has 2 large terraces as well as all the equipment for cooking. 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 3 toilets. Nespresso machine. Bose speaker. As my concept is to leave my home without any extra charge, cleaning etc., I like guests to take care of it and return it to me in a correct state of cleanliness. The house is located in immediate vicinity of the Dinosaur park and the hike trails of Teufelsschlucht. Beautiful Müllerthal as well as the lake of Echternach with a swim area, beautiful play grounds and other activities are only 20 resp. 10 min. away. The house consists of a main building with a tiled stove and an adjacent building with 2 more fire places, a winter garden and a home cinema.
