¡Hermoso y cómodo lugar! Bien ubicado, zona tranquila pero con todas las comodidades que se necesitan. Cerca de la calle principal y comercios para abastecerse. El anfitrión muy amable y atento. Sin duda, volveríamos a alojarnos allí.

Man glaubt kaum in Paraguay zu sein, wenn man das sehr moderne, geschmackvolle und mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtete Haus von Richard und Alex betritt. Das Haus bietet alles, was das Herz begehrt, sogar eine Badewanne und Spülmaschine. Die Poolanlage bietet viel Privatsphäre und steht nur den Gästen der beiden identischen Ferienhäuser zur Verfügung. Diese liegen sehr ruhig inmitten wunderbarer Natur, von Pferden, Kühen bis hin zu Hühnern inklusive eines privaten Waldes für entspannende Spaziergänge. Wer Wert auf Ruhe und Privatsphäre legt, ist hier genau richtig, beeindruckende Sonnenuntergänge inklusive. Die wunderbaren Gastgeber Richard und Alex wohnen ebenfalls auf dem großzügigen Gelände und sind immer da, wenn man sie braucht. Sie haben immer ein offenes Ohr für die Wünsche ihrer Gäste und geben Tipps für die Umgebung. Uneingeschränkt empfehlenswert! Wir kommen wieder!

Wir haben diese Woche bei Peter sehr genossen. Als Neulinge auf dem amerikanischen Kontinent war uns Peter in allen Fragen behilflich: Flughafen Transfer, Autovermietung, Geldwechsel, Busticket, Markt besuchen usw. Das Haus ist geräumig , das Bett besitzt eine gute Matratze, die Klimaanlage kühlt zügig runter und die Küche ist gut ausgestattet. Toll war der neue Grill auf der großen Terrasse, den wir viel nutzten. Und das Beste zum Schluss: der große Pool inmitten des vogelreichen Gartens ist abends sogar zauberhaft beleuchtet. Als Start für Südamerika die beste Adresse , fangt hier bei Peter an.

Osvaldo es un excelente anfitrión. Aceptó amablemente nuestro pedido de salida tardía, respondió rápidamente nuestra consulta durante la estadía. La casa tiene todo lo necesario para preparar todo tipo de comidas y el barrio es tranquilo. La encargada que nos recibió se encargó de que nos acomodemos antes de retirarse. Recomendado!

Perfect apartment, perfect location. The building is new and modern. The room is quiet but also just 2 blocks from malls and restaurants. I extended my stay multiple times because the room is excellent. Highly recommended. Thanks for everything!

Todo limpio, cómodo y seguro!

Desde que llegue al lugar me atendieron de 10. Todo el personal del establecimiento me trató como si fuera propietario. El departamento hermoso y muy bien equipado y las instalaciones eran hermosas, no me daban ganas de irme. Súper seguro, el auto quedaba en la cochera y había muchas actividades para realizar dentro del establecimiento, canchas de Pádel, Básquet, Tenis, Juegos para chicos, piscinas, Pool, Ping Pong, etc. 10 de 10

Todo excelente. El departamento es amplio y hermoso. Jazmin muy atenta, siempre dio respuestas claras y rápidas. 100% recomendable

I am pleased with my stay in Fabricio's place. The location suited me well, the host was very responsive, the building staff super friendly and helpful, for one person the flat is spacious and had everything what I needed. Thank you Fabricio.

We recently had the pleasure of staying at this amazing place and were completely captivated by its connection with nature. The serene environment and the beautifully maintained spaces are perfect for romantic strolls or family walks with kids where you can find a lot of friendly animals (dogs, horses, etc). My girlfriend and I felt an intriguing connection with the place that made our stay truly special. The wooden cabins offered a unique experience, seamlessly blending comfort with the natural surroundings. Jasmin and her entire family were incredibly friendly and made us feel right at home. I had the delightful opportunity to have many engaging conversations with Sabrina, Jasmin's mother. She shared fascinating life experiences and talked about the wonderful times they're having in Paraguay. Overall, I highly recommend this place. I would love to return every chance I get, especially because of the convenient car connections to nearby cities like Sanber, Altos, Caacupe, and Atyra.

Wonderful place in the countryside, I really enjoyed my stay there. It’s very peaceful. There are a few very friendly dogs on the property, I liked that. Great host!

Practico Alojamiento en San Ber, siempre elijo este lugar para mis vaciles de verano, el que mejor relación costo beneficio tiene sin lugar a dudas y la tensión es 10 puntos.

Rodeado de naturaleza, excelente para desconectar; recomendado

Nuestra estancia fue muy buena! La propiedad estaba limpia, cómoda y muy bien organizada! Buena ubicación, especial para desconectarse. Contaba con todos los utensilios y elementos necesarios para la estancia. La anfitriona muy amable y atenta.

La quinta es el lugar ideal para descansar y escapar del ruido de la ciudad. Rodeada de verde y con el canto de los pájaros la estancia se hace muy agradable. El Sr Henry se mostró muy cordial y atento. Muy recomendable.

Lugar perfecto para desconectarte de la ciudad movida. Es un lugar que conecta con la naturaleza ofreciendo atardeceres bellos. Hay mucho arte, y una senda muy seguro en el bosque para realizar paseos. La casa cumple con todo lo que prometió, y muy limpio. Pasamos muy bien, a pesar de ser muy flexibles en el horario de la salida, lastimosamente no pudimos quedar más. Altamente recomendado.
