In a small independent house, on our 2 ha property, you can enjoy our beautiful garden as well as the view of the countryside while being in your little cocoon. We fell in love with Perche and renovated this little piece of heaven: La Grande Maison for us and La Petite Maison for our guests... so that you too can experience the Perche Effect!

This apartment is 16 km from Chartres and only a few kilometers from the highway exit. We offer an independent apartment including a bedroom area with a 160 bed, a living room with a 2 seater convertible sofa, there is a fridge, a microwave, a kettle and a Nespresso coffee machine. There is no partition between the bedroom and living room. This room is completely renovated. Please note the pool is only open during the period from June to September 15

Less than 30 km from Chartres and 5 km from Courville-sur-Eure train station (Paris-Montparnasse line), you are here in the heart of nature, conducive to calm and rest. In a beautiful bucolic setting and by the water, an atypical and inspiring accommodation: the stables of a mill on the Eure. The sound of the river, the song of the birds, the 13th century mill are there for a total change of scenery. The river lends itself to a short swim, a kayak ride or a fishing trip. Fields and forests surround the mill and offer you many bike rides. And what a pleasure to have a picnic by a lake at sunset!

The A11 highway is 10 minutes away, Illiers-Combray exit: No. 3.1 Nearby (3 km to Bailleau le Pin) are all shops (supermarket, bakery, pharmacy, etc.) Bed linen and towels are provided.
